Journey to Self Day 3 Aligning with your core values Today we'll focus on aligning with your core values.

Your values are the guiding principles that shape your actions,

Decisions,

And interactions.

By connecting with these values,

You create foundation for living a life that is true to yourself and fulfilling.

Let's begin.

Find a quiet,

Comfortable space where you won't be disturbed.

Sit or lay down in a relaxed position,

Close your eyes,

And take a few deep breaths,

Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.

Begin by focusing on your breath,

Feel the air entering and leaving your body.

Allow your breath to become slow and steady.

With each exhale,

Release any tension or stress you may be holding.

And now,

Imagine a warm,

Glowing light in the center of your chest.

This light represents your true self,

Your essence.

As you continue to breathe,

Let this light glow brighter and expand throughout your entire body.

Bring attention to the center of your heart and ask yourself,

What values are most important to me?

Allow whatever comes to mind to surface without judgment.

Consider values like honesty,

Compassion,

Creativity,

Freedom,

Family,

Growth,

Integrity,

Or any other value,

Which resonate most deeply with you.

Keep your attention on the center of your heart.

We are going to use the names of God to support you in opening up a deeper portal within yourself to connect,

To feel that deep alignment.

Listen to my voice,

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Lamed,

Breathe in,

And slowly exhale through your mouth.

Visualize and feel yourself living in perfect alignment with your core values.

See yourself making decisions and taking actions that honor these principles.

Notice how it feels to live life being connected,

Being authentic.

Feel the peace,

The fulfillment,

The joy that comes from this alignment.

Now silently repeat to yourself,

I am aligned with my core values.

I live my life with integrity,

With authenticity.

Let this affirmation sink in,

Reinforcing your commitment to live according to what truly matters to you.

Now gradually bring your awareness back to your breath.

Feel the rise and fall of your chest.

When you are ready,

Slowly open your eyes,

Carrying the sense of alignment,

The sense of peace with you into your day.

Take a few moments to write down any insights or thoughts,

Feelings that came up.

Reflect on how you can incorporate your core values into your daily life.

Set an intention to act in alignment with these values throughout the day.
