Welcome to the end of the day,
Nearly time to rest now.
Getting down your day with a moment of gratitude to have experienced another full day in this life.
And expressing your gratitude for this bed and this dedicated sanctuary where you rest.
And perhaps acknowledging what you have learnt today that you would like to take with you into tomorrow.
What have you enjoyed about today?
Take a deep breath in and soak it all up again here.
Inhale in through the nose.
And release out through the mouth.
And if there's anything you would now like to leave behind in today,
Simply let it go here on your next full out-breath.
Inhale in through the nose.
Really release out through the mouth.
And trust that tomorrow will offer new beginnings and a blank canvas.
This precious time has come to rest now.
Trust that there is nothing for you to do but relax.
Nobody wants anything from you.
There's nowhere to be.
There's no one to please.
There's no role or identity to fulfil right now.
Allow the weight of your body to dissolve into your bed.
Let the support from your bed hold you here.
Let your head feel heavy on your pillow.
Feeling the connection between your body and your clothes and your sheets.
And allowing yourself to slowly let go a little more in your body and in your mind with each breath.
This is time now to rejuvenate and recharge your batteries.
It's time to surrender yourself to the stillness.
And begin to feel the quiet peace within you.
Like a pool of calm water.
Surrender in body and mind.
And slowly letting go a little more.
Entering that rest and digest phase.
Allowing your body to repair,
To replenish and restore.
Allowing your mind to slow down and reconnect to its source.
Starting to relax the head a little more.
And softening around the eyes.
Softening the muscles in your jaw.
Inviting a sense of ease into your chest.
Let your shoulders relax.
Invite your arms to relax.
Invite each individual finger to relax.
Make your way down the front of your body.
Down the back of the body.
Relaxing a little more.
In the hips.
Relaxing both legs.
Relaxing in the feet and in each individual toe.
Trust that you are being fully held here in this moment.
There is nothing to do now but rest in body,
Mind and soul.
Trust that a new day awaits you tomorrow full of new opportunities.
But for now it's time to rest and enter into a deep rejuvenating sleep.
Wishing you a good night's sleep.
Namaste.
Thank you.
