Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian.
Find a comfortable spot.
Can close your eyes or keep your eyes open for this one.
You can even take a walk.
This could be a walking meditation.
It's an affirmation meditation.
So just find a place,
Either put on headphones or you can listen on a speaker.
Eyes can be open or closed,
Or you can take it and go for a walk.
But wherever you're at,
Bring your awareness to your breath.
And it's okay if your mind is all over the place.
Maybe you're thinking about yesterday.
Maybe you're thinking about tomorrow.
And that's okay.
Bring your awareness.
Bring that mind.
Invite that mind to your breath.
So all you got to do is focus on the breath.
Focus on the inhale and the exhale.
And any time that mind starts to wander,
Just bring the mind back to your breath.
Bring your awareness back to your breath.
And notice the inhale and your exhale.
And asking yourself,
How does my breath feel?
How does my breath feel?
And your body knows exactly what to do so as you bring your awareness to your breath,
Your breath will automatically smooth out.
Finding a rhythm with your breath.
Maybe finding a count,
Maybe counting to four on the inhale and counting to four on the exhale.
Or maybe it's five or maybe it's three.
Find a comfortable count for your breath.
Count on the inhale and count the same amount on the exhale.
And allow your count to slowly fade away.
And allow your breath to breathe in and breathe out naturally.
And now notice your body.
So take a scan of your body.
Notice the body.
Notice the body relaxing.
And if there's any tension in the body,
Just allow your body to naturally release that tension because your body knows exactly what to do.
And your body wants to return to its natural relaxed state.
And all you have to do is breathe.

Now the mantra for the mouth.
Now the mantra for today is I am present,
I am whole,
And I'm unstoppable towards my goal.
I am present,
I am whole,
And I'm unstoppable towards my goal.
I am present,
I am whole,
And I'm unstoppable towards my goal.
Keep saying that to yourself over and over again for the next two minutes.
Keep saying that to yourself over and over again for the next two minutes.
Keep saying that to yourself over and over again for the next two minutes.
Keep saying that to yourself over and over again for the next two minutes.
Keep saying that to yourself over and over again for the next two minutes.
Keep saying that to yourself over and over again for the next two minutes.
Keep saying that to yourself over and over again for the next two minutes.
I am present,
I am whole,
And I'm unstoppable towards my goal.
Allow that mantra to sink into your heart space.
Allow it to sink in like you're planting a seed.
And just like a computer program,
This affirmation,
This mantra will work itself,
Will manifest itself all throughout your day.
I am present,
I am whole,
And I'm unstoppable towards my goal.
Take a nice deep inhale through the nose.
Exhale,
Sigh it out.
One more time now.
Inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale,
Sigh it out.
You can remain here as long as you'd like.
