Welcome to the practice of active imagination. Today we will use this practice to tap into our intuition. So come into a position of sitting with your legs folded and your back straight and gently close your eyes. Bring your attention to the outside of your surrounding. Listen to any sounds far away and then listen to any sounds close by. Slowly bring your attention to the middle of your eyebrows to your third eye. Now bring your attention to your breath. Breathe slowly and just gradually start to slow down your breathing. Just relax and slow down your breathing. Now bring your attention to your body and as we go through each body part just let go of any tension from that body part. Take your attention to your right hand, Then your right arm, Right shoulder, Your right leg and let go of any tension from the right side of your body. Bring your attention to your left hand, Your left arm, Your left shoulder, Your left leg and again let go of any tension from the left side of your body. Slowly bring your attention back to your third eye. Now take your attention to a far away land, A land you've never been to and just imagine that you are standing on the edge of a forest and you are looking at the trees, You're observing how the sky looks like. Maybe there are some clouds in the sky, Maybe the trees have different colors of leaves, Maybe some trees have some fruits. Look at the ground, Just see what is covered on the ground. Maybe there are some leaves that have fallen from the trees on the ground. Slowly start to walk on a path in the forest, Deep into the forest and as you walk just observe what you see around you. Maybe you see some flowers, Colorful flowers as you are walking. Just feel the smell, The smell from the jasmine. Maybe you listen to the chirping of a bird. Maybe a leaf fell off from a tree and touched on your shoulder. Just feel the sensation. As you reach the middle of the forest, You see a temple in the middle of the forest. It's made out of marble, Beautiful marble and there's amazing carving on the outside of the walls and you see a door. Slowly open the door and walk inside and you reach in a courtyard. Look around the courtyard, It has a beautiful decor. There's white ceiling with colorful facade. There are pathways with multicolored flowers on the edge of the pathway. You see someone walking towards you from the other end of the courtyard. Try to figure out who it is. Is it your favorite God? Is it your inner soul? Is it your parent? Is it your friend? As they walk closer towards you, You see that they're the favorite thing in the world and you give them a big hug. You ask them how they've been and you start a conversation with them. So now you can spend a few minutes talking to them and asking them any question that you have and discussing anything that you need to discuss. Slowly start to wrap up your question. And it's time to say goodbye to them. They tell you that you can come and meet them anytime and you wish them goodbye and you walk outside slowly back to the edge of the forest and you thank them for the amazing time you spend with them. Bring your attention back to your third eye and then imagine that there is a ocean inside your body, In your heart mind, From the top of your head to the bottom of your heart. It's filled with water and use your third eye to look inside the ocean. It's filled with water and slowly the water starts to become clearer and clearer and you start to see what is in the bottom of the ocean. And you see that you see some diamonds on the bottom of the ocean and you pick one of the diamonds and you see that there's something written on the diamond. Just observe what is written on it and make a mental note of that and slowly bring your attention back to your third eye and let your attention now go back to your breath. And when you're ready, Start to take your attention to the outside, To your surrounding and just see if you hear any sound. And then slowly when you're ready, Open your eyes. The practice of active imagination is now over. Any answers you got, Any notes you got, Write them down, Trust them and follow them. It is your intuition that has all the answers. It's your inner soul, Your inner God that has all the answers. Thank you.
