What was the most powerful thing that made this day worth living to you?
Now,
Let's focus on gratitude.
Think about three positive events,
Emotions,
Facts,
Feelings,
Or achievements that you want to be grateful for.
Think of these as your daily blessings.
Finally,
I invite you to reflect about three to five things you will prioritize in your day.
This is an important moment to set your mind to prioritize what is the most important in your day aside from all the distractions you might experience.
When you do your next journaling session,
