It is difficult for me to shut my mind off, so I was surprised I was able to do that with an un-guided meditation (especially one that was only 10 minutes). The rise and fall of the ocean (?) sounded almost like breathing and really helped keep me focused on my breath - slowly inhale, hold for 2, then slowly exhale. I've had anxiety and tremors today, so this helped me time it down. ✌💖
