Welcome,
Friend,
To this short bathtub meditation with a sound healing transmission.
This practice is designed to help you arrive in your sacred space and provide a reminder to yield,
To give your body up to the warmth and the buoyancy of the water.
Pausing this recording if you need to,
To prepare your space.
Making sure that you have everything that you need for a good soak.
And this includes,
But is not limited to,
Plenty of hydration.
Taking a moment outside the bath.
Feeling your feet on the tiles on the bath mat.
Freeing your body of clothing,
Of jewelry,
Of makeup.
Releasing the breath to do what it needs to for the duration of this practice.
And if sound is part of your current exploration,
Releasing the voice as well.
Giving permission for any sounds,
Any sighs.
Any noise at all to help bring you into this space.
Dedicating this time to yourself and to your own heart.
Saying any prayers.
Calling in any support.
Asking for protection.
And when you feel ready,
Slowly stepping into the bath.
Sinking in.
Allowing the heat,
The fluid to envelop your body.
Opening yourself up to this change in gravitational pull.
Pressing back.
Finding a position that feels good today.
Tuning into and releasing the breath.
Feeling the sensations in your body right now.
And giving them permission to breathe.
To sound,
To make any movements,
Physical adjustments.
That feel good,
That feel right.
And continuing to allow your process.
Your breath.
Your voice.
Your movement.
And your sensation.
To be with you.
