Transcript

Rabbi David of Mikoliyev taught,

Love your neighbor and with a whole heart consider that they are like you,

That the two of you stand on the same step and you are not above them in spiritual qualities or development,

But you stand together in one line.

When these two,

Between whom pure,

Equal love flows,

Stand together,

Only then is God truly God.

Holiness and divinity can only be found through loving others,

Just as we love ourselves,

Neither putting ourselves above or below another,

But by truly accepting and loving ourselves and others,

Just as we are.

Rest your eyes,

Relaxing body and breath.

Invite love into your practice.

May I cultivate love and acceptance for who I am in this moment.

May I cultivate love and acceptance for others as they are in each moment.

May my love and acceptance of myself and of others unfold and create holiness in this world.
