I invite you to take a moment to ground yourself in this present moment.
Take a deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Let go of any tension or worry that may be weighing on your mind.
In this space of stillness and quiet,
Allow yourself to be fully present,
Fully alive.
In the midst of chaos and uncertainty,
It can be easy to lose sight of our inner strength and resilience.
We may feel overwhelmed by the challenges that life throws our way,

Just as a tree stands tall and strong,
Rooted deeply in the earth,
