My friends.

This is the Bubble Cloud Ride,

A calm down visualization just for you.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in and let it out slowly.

Imagine you're standing in a beautiful meadow,

The grass soft and cool beneath your feet.

The sky above is a soft blue and tiny sparkling bubbles are floating all around you.

Suddenly,

One big fluffy bubble floats down just for you.

It's your own magical bubble cloud.

It's big enough to sit on,

Soft like a marshmallow and it smells like cotton candy and fresh rain.

You climb on it and it lifts you gently into the air.

As your bubble cloud floats up into the sky,

You feel light and free.

Below you,

You see tree houses snuggled in the treetops.

Sleepy bears and rivers that giggle as they twist and turn.

The wind whispers kind words in your ear like,

You are safe,

You are loved.

Your bubble cloud drifts past a rainbow waterfall where unicorns sit sparkly water and then past a cloud castle where giggling stars play hide and seek.

Each side makes you feel calmer,

Lighter,

And happier.

Now,

Your bubble gently floats back down more and lower until it lands softly in the meadow again.

You hop off and wave goodbye to your magical ride,

Knowing you can return any time just by closing your eyes and taking a deep,

Take one more slow,

Deep breath in.

Wiggle your fingers and toes and when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Being calm is being free.

You did it!
