This meditation will take you into a beautiful green forest. Taking time to reconnect to nature, inducing calm, releasing stress and anxiety. Our bodies don't know if we are in nature for real or just in our imagination. This practice will give you the same relieving effects of really being in nature. Forest Bathing is known as shinrin-yoku, it is a Japanese practice that involves spening time in nature while being calm and quiet. This meditation helps us practice this in any space, connecting us to our wholeness.
