This track is a short breath hug when you are feeling stressed or overwhelmed. We will be using a 4:6:4 ratio. Breathing in through the nose, out through the mouth and a short breath hold at the bottom of the exhale.

I'm going to be walking you through a beautiful breath work technique that you can use at any time of day when you need to take a quick break,

Get a little taste of relaxation.

If you're feeling a little overwhelmed or stressed and you just need a little breath hug,

This will be the perfect short breath work practice for you.

We're going to be inhaling through our nose for four counts.

We're going to exhale out of our mouths for six counts and then we're going to hold that breath out at the bottom of the exhale for four counts.

So take a moment and settle in,

Get comfy and take a deep breath in through your nose and just sigh it out.

Preparing your body,

Preparing your mind,

Preparing your breath.

One more deep inhale in through the nose.

Now through the mouth with a deep sigh.

Now go ahead and return to your normal breath rate.

Taking deep breaths in through your nose and out through your nose.

And give yourself a little break.

You can go ahead and practice this breath work again 2 more times.

Doing a total of 3 rounds for maximum benefits.

But if you have a short amount of time,

1 round is perfectly perfect.
