Let's begin this meditation with three deep breaths.

Breathe in,

And release.

Breathe in,

Number two,

And release.

And breathe in,

Number three.

And release.

Let's begin this meditation with our root chakra by visualizing a warm red light.

As we ground our sits bones into the earth,

Or into your meditation cushion,

Into your chair,

Go ahead and wiggle back and forth.

Get yourself nice and grounded and visualize that warm red light just connecting you to the earth,

To the floor,

To the ground,

Bringing you safety,

Security,

Grounding,

And a strong sense of self.

And as you feel your body being pulled towards the center of the earth,

We're going to place our hands gently on our sacral chakra.

Visualize a warm glowing orange light as you place your hands on your lower abdomen below the belly button.

Take a deep breath here.

And as you breathe out,

Remember all the creativity you have in your being.

Take another breath for your emotional health,

Releasing anything that doesn't serve you.

And let your hands feel the warmth of your abdomen as you think about healthy and strong and kind relationships that serve you well.

Now move your hands to your upper abdomen between the belly button and the sternum.

I want you to visualize a powerful yellow light surrounding you,

Bringing you strength,

Connecting you to your core.

This is your personal power and your intuition.

Let that yellow light surround you for a moment.

Let it be bright and strong.

And just sit in this light for a moment.

As we move on to the heart chakra,

Place both of your palms where your heart is.

If you are thinking about strengthening the giving of love and compassion,

Think of a green light surrounding you.

If you're thinking about strengthening the receiving of love and compassion,

Think of a warm pink light surrounding you.

As you sit in the orb of this beautiful light,

I want you to picture yourself as a compassionate,

Loving,

Passionate being.

I want you to picture yourself surrounded by compassionate,

Loving,

Passionate people.

Think of harmony.

Think of nurturing.

And visualize any relationships right now that need the love of the heart chakra.

Now,

As we move up to the throat chakra,

Visualize a beautiful turquoise blue,

A sparkling light surrounding your entire being,

Radiating out from your throat chakra.

This light will allow you to speak your truth,

To use your voice,

To be comfortable in your self-expression.

Right now,

Let that light just flow out of you.

This sparkling,

Beautiful,

Radiating turquoise light.

And if there's anything you've been holding back right now,

I want you to speak it.

Something you haven't been able to tell somebody else,

Something you haven't been truthful with yourself about,

Something that scares you to say out loud,

Go ahead and say it now.

And let that beautiful light absorb it.

As we move up to the third eye,

Or the mind's eye,

Place one of your palms on your mind's eye,

Right between your eyebrows and above the bridge of your nose.

As you imagine your visions and dreams coming to life,

Imagine your intuitive visions manifesting themselves.

This is a place of visualization.

Let a deep indigo light flow through you,

All through your head.

Let that light fill your head,

Fill your mind,

And allow yourself to have the things that you visualize for yourself.

Give yourself permission to see your visions,

And to see your dreams,

And to use your imagination,

And to step out of your comfort zone,

And to follow your intuition and your intuitive visions.

Finally,

We're going to move to the crown chakra.

Instead of placing your hands on the crown chakra,

Because we don't want to block it,

Place your hands on your knees.

I would suggest palms up,

So you are in a giving and receiving position.

Right now,

Just visualize that iridescent,

Opal,

Light purple,

White,

Beautiful,

Bright light just beaming down on you,

Going into your opened crown chakra,

Flowing through your body,

From head to neck to shoulders,

Down your arms,

Through your fingertips,

Past your heart chakra,

Into the abdomen,

Through the pelvis,

Down the legs,

And out through the toes.

You are radiating an iridescent opal white light right now,

A sparkling,

Pure,

Bright white light.

Let your body pulsate with this light.

Let yourself connect with your own inner wisdom,

With the divine,

With your own spiritual beliefs and connections,

And give yourself permission right now for all of your chakras to be in complete and perfect alignment.

Take a moment here as this brilliant white light radiates through your entire being.

Take a deep breath in as you come back to the room and back to your body.

Wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes.

Take another deep breath,

Release it all out,

And take a moment to realize how relaxed you feel right now.

Are you at peace?

Are you in harmony right now?
