Good morning and welcome to this new day.
Before stepping into the movement of the world,
Take this time to simply be.
To ground.
To breathe.
To arrive,
Here,
In this moment.
Find a comfortable position,
Either seated or lying down.
Let your hands rest softly on your lap,
And allow your eyes to close.
Begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose,
And slowly exhale through your mouth.
Feel your body begin to settle.
Let each breath gently bring you back into your body.
Into this moment.
Inhale.
Feel the air filling your lungs.
Exhale,
Releasing anything that feels heavy.
And now let your breath be soft and natural.
Simply noticing,
Without effort.
Now,
Bring your attention to your body.
Notice any areas that might be holding tension.
Your shoulders.
Your jaw.
Your hands.
With each exhale,
Invite a softening.
Let yourself sink a little more into stillness.
Supported by the ground beneath you.
Nothing to do.
Nowhere to be.
Just this.
As your breath flows gently in and out,
Bring to mind how you'd like to show up today.
Not what you'd need to accomplish,
But how you want to move through the hours ahead.
Maybe it's with calm presence,
Kindness,
Or clarity.
Choose one word or feeling that resonates with you right now,
And let it settle into your heart.
Say it silently to yourself,
Today,
I choose to move through the day with.
Let that intention be like a quiet thread you can return to again and again.
Take a moment now to notice one thing you're grateful for.
Something simple.
Perhaps it is the softness of your bed.
The chance to begin again.
Feel that gratitude in your body.
Like a gentle warmth.
Let it ground you.
Begin to bring small movements back.
Wiggle your fingers.
Wiggle your toes.
Maybe stretch or roll your shoulders.
Bring your arms up over your head.
And when you feel ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Taking one more deep breath.
And carry this presence,
