Welcome,

Beautiful soul.

Find a comfortable position,

Seated or lying down,

Somewhere where you can fully relax.

Close your eyes and begin to deepen your breath.

Inhale slowly through the nose and exhale slowly through the nose.

Again,

Breathing in through the nose and breathing out.

With each breath,

Allow your body to soften,

Your shoulders drop,

Your jaw unclenches,

Your belly relaxes.

Feel the surface beneath you,

Holding you,

Supporting you,

Reminding you that you are safe.

You've arrived in this moment to remember your wholeness.

Now gently bring your attention to your heart space.

Place one hand over your chest,

If that feels comfortable,

And feel the subtle rhythm beneath your palm,

The sacred pulse of life.

Imagine a soft golden light glowing within your heart,

Radiant,

Warm,

Alive.

With every breath,

See this light expanding,

Filling your chest,

Your arms,

Your whole being.

This is the light of your own healing,

Infinite and intelligent.

Now bring to mind one area of your body,

Mind or heart,

That is calling for healing.

It might be a physical discomfort,

An emotional ache or a mental pattern you're ready to release.

Whatever it is,

Simply acknowledge it,

Without judgment,

Only with love.

Whisper silently to yourself,

I see you,

I honour you,

I'm ready to bring you back into harmony.

Now imagine yourself standing in a soft,

Radiant field of light.

See yourself as vibrant,

Healthy,

Peaceful,

The highest version of you.

Your energy is clear,

Your body feels light,

And your heart feels open.

As you imagine yourself this way,

Notice the colours that surround this version of you.

Notice how it feels to be in this state,

Strong,

Free,

Joyful.

Breathe it in.

Every inhale draws that vision closer until it merges with your present self.

You are becoming the healed version of you,

Now.

Now silently repeat these healing intentions.

Every cell in my body vibrates with health and vitality.

My mind is calm and clear.

My heart is open and full of love.

I am aligned with the natural intelligence of life.

I am whole.

I am healed.

I am free.

As you speak these words,

See them as beams of light,

Moving through your body,

Restoring,

Balancing,

Recalibrating.

Every cell in my body vibrates with health and vitality.

My mind is calm and clear.

My heart is open and full of love.

I am aligned with the natural intelligence of life.

I am whole.

I am healed.

I am free.

Every cell in my body vibrates with health and vitality.

Now soften and simply receive.

Feel the healing frequencies you've called in moving through you gently,

Wisely,

With love.

Trust that your body knows exactly what to do with this energy.

If thoughts arise,

Let them drift away like clouds.

You are both the sender and the receiver,

The giver and the gift.

Begin to expand your awareness now.

Feel the light within you extending beyond your body,

Filling the room,

Touching everything around you.

You are radiating wholeness.

Every being who crosses your path receives a ripple of this light.

Stay in this vision for the next few moments.

Take a deep breath in and sigh it out.

Whisper softly to yourself,

Thank you body.

Thank you mind.

Thank you spirit.

I remember that I am whole.

Slowly bring your awareness back to your physical body.

You could wiggle your fingers or your toes.

Just notice the rise and fall of your chest.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

Carry this feeling of harmony into your day.

Remembering that you are whole.

That you have everything within you to heal.
