Find a comfortable seat with your feet flat on the earth.

Close your eyes gently.

Inhale slowly and deeply.

Allow that fresh air to invigorate you.

Exhale slowly,

Let go of any tension.

As you breathe in,

Visualize a bright,

Vibrant energy filling your body.

Feel it waking up every cell and notice what color that energy is.

As you breathe out,

Imagine releasing any fatigue or negative thoughts.

Let them drift away.

Take another deep breath in,

Inviting that radiant energy to fill you with motivation.

As you exhale,

Visualize any remaining heaviness or doubt leaving your body,

Making space for positivity and enthusiasm.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes,
