Welcome to this guide meditation designed to help you anchor yourself in the present moment.

Through this practice,

You will cultivate a deep awareness of your breath,

Body,

Allowing you to find peace and clarity in the now.

This meditation will guide you through a series of steps to enhance your focus and mindfulness,

Helping you to connect with your inner self and the world around you.

Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in,

Feeling your lungs completely.

Hold for a moment,

Then exhale slowly,

Releasing any tension.

Repeat these a few times,

Allowing your body to relax with each breath,

Soothing any tense or rigid part.

Feel the breath through the respiratory channel behind your throat.

Notice the sensations as the air flows up and down this channel.

Can you feel your chest moving gently,

Your ribcage opening and closing with each breath?

This is life reminding you that you are here,

Alive,

To dream and make your dreams come true.

Feel your belly.

It rises and falls like the sun and the moon,

Keeping you alive without asking for anything in return.

People talking,

Cars passing.
