This is Astrid and this is Heart Healing Shamanic Journey.

Before we begin,

Find a comfortable position,

Whether sitting or lying down.

Take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Allow your body to relax and your mind to become still.

In this journey,

We'll be using the power of shamanic drumming to access the wisdom of your heart.

The steady beat of the drum will serve as your anchor,

Guiding you deeper into a state of relaxation and receptivity.

Visualize your heart center as a glowing orb of light in the center of your chest.

With each breath,

See the light growing brighter and warmer.

As we progress with the drumming,

You might encounter memories,

Emotions or sensations.

Whatever arises,

Greet it with compassion and allow it to be present.

Remember,

Healing is not about forcing change,

But about creating space for transformation.

Trust in your inner wisdom and the healing power of the drum.

As the drumming begins,

Set your intention for this journey.

What does your heart need the most right now?

Healing?

Forgiveness?

Love?

Hold this intention gently as we start.

The drumming will continue for about 15 minutes.

Near the end,

You'll hear a change in the rhythm.

This will be your signal to gradually return to ordinary consciousness.
