As humans,
When we face hardship,
We have two options.
We can lean into ego,
Shielding ourselves with protective layers of defence,
Distrust and resistance,
Or we can lean closer into faith,
Releasing the armour and opening to perceiving challenges as opportunities to learn more.
We embrace the heat of discomfort,
Letting it transmute shadow into light,
Coming out clearer,
Greater,
With a renewed essence.
Here lies a pivotal window of opportunity,
A portal to see beyond limitation,
Rewrite the story and release and redefine labels.
Energies and identifications you have carried and accumulated throughout your life can be released.
Things that weren't yours to begin with can be let gone of.
There comes a point in your life when you are presented with a choice.
This is the gift of alchemy,
Free will and self-agency.
How are you going to respond to this choice,
To this wall?
The process of inner transformation using the ancient art of physical alchemy as a metaphor for personal and spiritual growth.
For some,
This can look like making a significant change,
Such as a move or a decision that involves cutting ties,
Cycles and behaviours.
This takes courage,
Discernment and personal trust to believe that you possess the ability not just to make the decision,
But actually to follow through and actualise your goals and visions.
But this doesn't come without effort.
Often big grand things like abundance,
Success,
Health and prosperity can come after much resistance and trial and error.
It's the snake shedding its skin and learning how to place strict boundaries,
Personal deep reflection and confrontation.
The secret,
Or at least the key thing here,
Is that not everybody can transmute their pain into power.
Only a starseed soul like yourself can tap in so profoundly that they transform,
Transmute and change their whole world.
Their whole world.
So pause here,
Start to connect with the breath and continue listening to my voice.

In this meditation,
You will tap into a sacred process that allows you to see beyond physical and mental limitation,
Where you'll find that everything you need already exists within you.
So begin to become aware of your breath,
Feeling your shoulders soften,
Your jaw dropping and your belly soften.
Take a deep breath in,
Reclaiming your agency and power.
Exhale,
Releasing limitation,
Fear and external energy that is not yours.
Inhale again,
Calling back your power.
Exhale,
Letting go of what is not yours.
You are now surrounded by an energy here to help you cultivate a greater sense of ease and wellbeing.
I'm going to ask you to imagine one simple thing here.
In this moment that we have together,
Can you begin to imagine and foresee a future with no boundaries or borders,
No limitations or impossibilities?
As you breathe,
Visualize this energy activating from the bottom of your feet,
Moving up through your legs,
Around your hips and swirling in your belly.
Pause here and feel yourself activating a greater inner knowing,
Connection to source.
Exhale and continue breathing at your own pace.
Take a moment to simply observe,
Without attaching yourself to anything.
Is there anything that's causing you to feel restricted?
Like you can't foresee past a certain point?
Or are you feeling light and fluid?
Remember,
There is no right or wrong here.
You're simply on a journey,
One that is your own.
Let your canvas emerge naturally.
What would a future without any hindering factors look like?
Feel like?
Where would you be?
Is it a different location?
How is your mental state?
Who are you surrounded by?
Are you alone,
With someone or with a group of people?
What might you be doing or not doing?
What colours,
Scenes or scents do you see or smell?
What sounds might you be hearing?
Is it the sounds of waves crashing?
People chattering?
Wind blowing?
There's no pressure in building a clear picture.
You're simply allowing yourself the chance to imagine beyond limitation.
This is the process of visualising,
Intentional reframing and reimagining.
Just be.
Just breathe.
Feel your heart beating.
Your breath flowing.
Your chest expanding.
Your belly softening.
Allow yourself the chance to see beyond.
Beyond the stories,
Expectations and energies that you carry.
Release it all.
It was never yours to claim.
Repeat after me.
I recall all my power,
Wrapped in loving healing,
So that I can use it for its highest good.
I call back all my energy,
Wrapped in loving healing,
So that I can use it for its highest good.
I allow myself the chance to see beyond all limitations.
I allow myself to unlock greater prosperity,
Possibility and abundance.
As you activate this energy,
This sacred power,
Your true essence,
You're alchemising.
You're activating.
Stay here for a little longer.
Let your breath start to settle.
Observe your body.
Any sensations.
Any thoughts.
Let them pass by without attaching or identifying.
Just be here.
You have just activated a deeply sacred energy of self-agency.
A determination that has long existed within you.
Protect this part of yourself.
Honour it.
Cherish it.
Knowing that you have just invited a great sense of love,
Prosperity and divinity.
