Hello and welcome.

My name is Bailey,

And I am a nurse practitioner turned Reiki master teacher and sound healer.

And I create distance Reiki healing sessions along with my sound healing frequency music to help people who are struggling with stress,

Anxiety,

Or overwhelm,

Or who are perhaps on a physical healing journey.

Let's begin your practice for this evening.

Make yourself completely comfortable,

Getting your bed and your bedroom all set up for you to receive this session and drift off into deep,

Peaceful sleep.

Just take a few moments to get yourself settled and completely comfortable,

Lying in a way that feels deeply nourishing to your body as you are entering the sacred space of sleep.

Allow your arms and legs to fall naturally,

The whole body softening,

Sinking down into stillness,

Feeling the pull of gravity beneath you,

Supported by the surface,

Supported by the sounds,

Supported by the space around and within you.

There is nothing to do,

No effort to be made.

Just arrive here.

Let your breath become soft and unforced.

No need to control or change it.

Simply notice how it moves,

Like a gentle tide.

Let your eyelids rest heavy,

Gently closing them,

Bringing your awareness inwards.

Begin to feel the body receive the earth,

As if the earth herself is rising up to hold you,

Cradling you in deep belonging.

You are safe.

You are enough,

Exactly as you are.

Let us now plant the seed of your sankalpa,

Your heart's sacred intention,

A quiet,

Potent whisper from the soul,

Speaking it in the present tense as though it has already come true,

A statement of inner truth.

You might choose,

I am whole and I am healing,

Or peace flows through every cell of my being,

Or perhaps I am safe,

Supported and free to rest.

Speak your sankalpa inwardly now,

Three times,

Letting it ripple through your body,

As though the cells of your body themselves are listening,

As though we enter a deeper space of awareness,

A space of pure receiving.

There is nowhere else to be but here.

To bring your awareness to any subtle sensations around you,

As I begin sending you distance reiki now.

You can visualize it as a golden mist,

Flowing gently around and within you,

Cocooning you in calm,

Peaceful light.

This is the energy of unconditional love.

It knows exactly where to go and exactly what you need.

Feel this gentle current moving through you now,

Into the places that are tired,

Into the places that long to let go,

A gentle river of energy,

Nourishing every organ,

Softening every muscle.

Feel the light draw in through the crown of your head,

And as you exhale,

Feel it spread through the body,

Out through the hands and through your heart,

Letting go of any heaviness or tension or anything that no longer serves.

We now will begin a rotation of awareness through your body.

Allow your attention to gently follow along,

Like a feather landing lightly on each,

Starting on your right side,

Little finger,

Wrist,

Shoulder,

Right collarbone,

Right side of the ribcage,

Right waist,

Right hip,

Sole of the foot,

Top of the foot,

Second,

Shoulder,

Left collarbone,

Left side of the ribs,

Left waist,

Sole of the foot,

Fifth toe,

Tops of the shoulders,

Shoulder blades,

Middle back,

Backs of the thighs,

Backs of the knees,

Heels,

Heels,

Forehead,

Space between the eyebrows,

Cheeks,

Nose,

Lips,

Jaw,

Lips,

Nose,

Lips,

Mouth,

Throat,

Ribs,

Solar plexus,

Abdomen,

Pelvis,

Fronts of the thighs,

Tops of the feet,

As one field of awareness from the crown of the head to the tips of the toes.

Bring your attention now to the breath,

Let it be natural,

Gentle,

And effortless,

Rising like waves on a quiet sea,

Begin to sense the space inside the breath,

The pause between the inhale,

The space between thoughts,

The space of pure being,

Rest in that space now,

Held by Reiki,

Cradled by breath,

In inner stillness,

Let go of doing,

Our whole,

Just as you are,

Let it be,

To dissolve into the ground beneath you,

Like mist melting in,

There's no separation,

Only presence,

Let the music hold you,

Let the deep current of peace carry you,

There is nothing more to do,

This moment is yours.
