Welcome to Be With Melinda.
Today we enter the Jewish mystical journey of Israel.
He may need.
You do not need to know Hebrew or be Jewish to receive its wisdom.
Simply bring your breath,
Your body,
And an open heart.
Hineni means here I am.
Throughout the Hebrew Bible,
These words were spoken by Avraham,
Moses,
Samuel,
And Isaiah.
When they answer the sacred call.
Not because they know what comes next.
But because they are willing to be fully present This meditation draws upon Chochmah.
The second of the 10 Sifirot in Kabbalah.
Chochmah is the first awakening of Divine Wisdom.
A quiet knowing that arises before words,
Explanation,
And understanding.
Take a slow breath in and a slower breath out.
Again,
Breathing in.
And out.
Allow your shoulders to soften.
Relax your jaw.
Feel the support beneath you.
Imagine yourself beneath an ancient olive tree.
Its roots reach deeply into the earth,
While its branches stretch effortlessly toward heaven.
Like the tree you stand between earth and the infinite.
Bring your awareness to your heart.
There's nothing you need to become and nothing you need to prove.
Simply be here.
Be here now.
Silently repeat.
He may me.
Here I am.
Again.
He made me.
Here I am.
Notice what changes when you stop striving and simply arrive.
Whatever you find is welcome.
There is nothing to fix.
Nothing to resist.
Now become aware of the first quiet awareness that arises,
Before you name it.
Before you explain it.
Before you understand it.
Rest there.
Like the first light before dawn,
It appears gently.
Asking nothing of you except your Presence.
This is the doorway of Chochmah.
Remain here for a few gentle breaths,
Allowing yourself to receive rather than reach.
Take one final slow breath.
May you have the courage to be fully present.
May your heart remain open to wisdom.
May you recognize the quiet ways the Divine meets you each day.
And whenever life calls your name.
May your soul answer with quiet confidence.
He may be.
Here I am.
Shalom and thank you for meditating with me.
Today.
