So join me the next five minutes as I guide you in to a sonic meditation to tap into your inner peace.
Take a nice deep breath,
Let all the tension out,
Take another deep breath,
And let all the resistance out to peace.
Take another deep breath and fill yourself up and every cell of your being and every space of you with the sensation that you know of as peace.
Feel the peace in your toes,
Moving up your legs,
Your hips,
Your belly,
Your solar plexus,
Feel the peace in your chest,
Your arms,
Your low back,
Feel the peace in your mid-back and your upper back.
Let peace fill up your neck and feel peace all around you and let these sounds activate Notice your breath,
Let the inhale expand that peace,
That pearl of peace within,
Expand it out and let peace be in the room with you,
Expand peace out to the four corners of the room.
Walk with peace each moment of your day.
Allow this morning practice to align you with peace right now and with each experience of your day.
Push your feet into the floor,
Wiggle your toes,
Wiggle your fingers,
And now slowly stand up and feel yourself embodied with peace.
