In today's breathwork practice we are going to be breathing in and out through the mouth,
Changing rhythms from time to time.
But before we get started,
Let's take a nice deep breath in through the nose now.
And sigh it out.
Deep breath in.
And let it go.
One more deep breath in.
And let it go.
As we take a deep breath in through the mouth,
Breathe with me now.
In and out.
Get ready to speed it up.
Get ready to take a deep breath in.
And sigh the breath out.
Hold your breath.
Feel the prana moving through the body.
Feel your power charging up,
Calibrating in the highest vibration.
Get ready to take a deep breath in now.
Hold your breath.
Lungs fully expanded.
Relax into your power.
Be still.
Sigh the breath out now.
