Ben Holt is a professional wellness facilitator, Healer, Coach, and Musician. He specializes in breathwork, meditation, sound healing, and plant medicine and blends many modalities in order to create the most conducive healing space for his clients. Excellent! I have been doing this every day since I finished your course a couple of months ago, I think. I am completely broke and cannot send money to anyone right now.
