This is a Bedtime Meditation focusing on the theme of Kindness. Thank you to our subscribers, Timo and Lorelle, for this location inspiration! Kids are guided into a very relaxing moment at home in their cozy beds, where they focus on their breathing while listening to an audio quiet time activity. We embark on a nighttime adventure,

Gliding down the famous slides tucked away in neighborhood parks.

Picture yourself on a serene,

Sleepy stroll through the Castro,

Where the streets are quiet and the city is settling down for the night.

Our first stop is at the iconic slides.

With each step,

You feel the soft,

Cool breeze and hear the hushed whispers of the night.

As you approach the slides,

You notice a gentle glow guiding you to a secret entrance.

Climbing to the top,

You take a moment to feel the smooth surface beneath your hands.

Ready for a sleepy descent,

You slide down,

Allowing the gentle slope to carry you effortlessly.

With each twist and turn,

You feel a sense of calm washing over you.

The twinkling city lights below create a magical atmosphere and you ride the slides into a realm of tranquility.

As you glide down the neighborhood slides,

A magical encounter unfolds.

A friendly sky dolphin joins our sleepy adventure,

Gracefully navigating the air as if it were water.

With a gentle inhale,

Visualize the dolphin elegantly descending the slide beside you,

Its playful spirit creating ripples of joy.

As you exhale,

Mimic the dolphins rhythmic breathing.

Inhaling through your blowhole and exhaling with a soft,

Melodic whistle.

Together,

You and the sky dolphin continue your journey,

The night embracing your playful connection.

This enchanting encounter adds a touch of mysticalness to your tranquil descent,

Creating a memory of joy that lingers in the sleepy night air.

As we conclude our slide adventure,

We find ourselves at the base of Twin Peaks.

With a gentle inhale,

Envision ascending the hills,

Your steps light and effortless.

And then exhale,

Letting go.

At the summit,

You're greeted by a soft,

Glowing light that wraps you in a cozy embrace.

Next,

We float above the hills,

Soaring peacefully through the night sky.

You're weightless,

Drifting among the stars and feeling a sense of serenity.

The city below becomes a sparkling mosaic and the cool night air caresses your face.

Now,

Let's deepen our relaxation by connecting with the enchantment of the San Francisco night.

Inhale the soothing whispers of the Pacific breeze.

And exhale,

Letting go of any lingering thoughts.

Inhale the calm whispers of the bay.

Exhale,

Inhale the gentle sway of eucalyptus trees.
