Dear Bo, it's wonderful to start the day with you; it gives me strength when the house is in disarray when I get up in the morning. I walk very slowly through the house with you, tidying up and cleaning everything, and I'm very happy doing it. I enter a state of deep peace and a beautiful rhythm when I listen to your music, your tones and sounds that touch me deeply in my heart. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your work.

This was so sweet and freeing. I did this meditation post yoga, used it with my savasana. At first I saw strings vibrating in my mind, then slowly it opened up to my floating down a path, arms slowly swinging, and me humming. This was so ummm, sweet and freeing are the words that come to mind. Thank you for sharing this lovely tune.
