As you start to settle into the breath and settle into your body and into the energy of who you are,
The divine being that you are breathing in,
Noticing,
Breathing out,
Noticing.
And today I want to guide you through the breath of fire,
Where you're focusing on the exhale and the inhale happens automatically.
You're really bringing the breath into the belly and the diaphragm.
So whether you're sitting or laying,
You might feel lightheaded,
Nauseous,
We're moving energy.
So it's an energizing breath technique,
Breath work.
So it is work and really again focusing on the exhale,
Breathing in and out of the nose And so it will sound a little like this.
So you're breathing,
Really focusing the breath in the belly,
In the diaphragm.
We're only going to be doing it for a few moments of time.
You will not die.
You will be okay.
So as you get settled into your position,
If you're laying,
Your hands can be either on your belly,
Beside you.
If you're sitting,
I like to bring both hands together in the lap,
Just with the intention that we're balancing the left and right hemispheres of our brain,
The left and right energies of our body.
Settling in and when you feel ready,
You can begin.
Keep going,
Only 30 more seconds.

Release the full breath.
And now just notice,
Go into the silence,
Continue to notice the energy.
And in this silence,
What is your next inspired action?
