Let us begin a journey of your authenticity.
Begin by finding a comfortable seated position and gently close your eyes.
Place one hand on your heart and the other in the center of your body on your solar plexus.
Take in a deep breath through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth as we silently or out loud invoke these words.
I call back all the pieces of myself I've given away.
I release the mirrors that do not reflect my truth.
I return to my own breath,
My own light,
My own knowing.
And as we cycle through the breath,
Inhale,
I trust my breath.
Exhale,
I trust my body.
Inhale,
I trust my heart.
Exhale,
I trust my path.
Inhale,
I trust my breath.
Exhale,
I trust my body.
Inhale,
I trust my heart.
Exhale,
I trust my path.
I trust my breath.
I trust my body.
I trust my heart.
I trust my path.
And allowing the breath to unfold,
As we shift into visualizing,
Begin to see a mirror in front of you and see it filled with the faces,
Opinions,
And judgments of others.
The places that people say that something is wrong or that you've done something incorrectly or the spaces where you don't meet up to their standards,
Their point of view,
Their projection of who and what you should be.
See it also filled with the spaces where you cut off yourself in order to fit in to their reality,
The you that they think that you should be.
And now,
With your breath,
And not with force,
But with light,
Gently shatter the mirror.
As we say,
I release the need to see myself through your eyes,
And I am my own reflection now.
And begin to see a new mirror forming,
But not one of glass,
But of light.
Step into it.
See yourself,
Not as others see you,
But as your soul knows you.
Remembering you're not what others expect.
Remembering what your breath remembers.
Remembering you are whole.
Remembering you are,
You be,
You are here,
Are always enough.
Placing both hands over your heart,
Breathe in deeply,
And exhale with a soft sigh.
I reflect truth and not distortion.
I hold space for others to remember themselves.
I reflect truth,
Not distortion.
I hold space for others to remember themselves.
Taking in a deep breath of remembrance,
And on the exhale,
Radiating this light out into the world.
