A traditional Irish ayr played as a mournful meditation on the low whistle. The piece will help to carry you into deeper places in your mind and guide you lovingly in working through inner challenges. The whistle playing is accompanied by a tongue drum, which roots the music in the earth, just as the whistle carries you through the spiritual air.

This was lovely... something so familiar resonated within my mind body and soul while listening. The pauses between breath and sound allowed me to let go of a previously unaware tightness... and opened space within myself to just be present with the moments. Thank you. 💗🙏🦋 I have saved this to listen to again later. I'm curious if listening to it as a meditation practice several times a day would allow me access to the hidden place where all the unspoken sorrow has been secretly dwelling my whole life long? And, if so, might it finally be able to escape and find freedom and peace through the portals of silence after being lulled to the surface by the haunting melody you bring to life time and time again....
