Hi,
I'm Janna.
This is meditation 2 in this series.
If you haven't listened to the first meditation yet,
You can always start there,
It's called This Will Change Your Energy,
Or simply stay here and allow yourself to drop into this moment.
Either way,
You are exactly where you need to be.
If you were here before,
You may remember the quiet space we touched together,
The moment where your attention softened and something deeper began to reveal itself beneath the noise.
Alright,
Let's take a deep breath together now,
And gently return to that same space.
Not by searching for it,
But by allowing your body to remember.
The quiet is still here,
And within that quiet,
Something begins to become clearer.
Notice your breath,
The soft rhythm of inhale and exhale.
Feel your body settling slightly more into the space around you.
Your shoulders soften,
Your jaw releases,
The space behind your eyes becomes open and calm.
There is nothing you need to figure out here,
Only space to notice.
Imagine yourself walking slowly toward the calm body of water.
The air feels still,
Soft,
Quietly alive.
You move without urgency,
Step by step,
Until you reach the edge of the water.
You decide to sit down,
The surface of the water stretches out in front of you,
So gentle,
Not perfectly unmoving,
But calm enough to reflect what is above it.
At first,
You may notice small ripples,
Subtle movement across the surface,
But as you remain here,
Present,
The water begins to settle,
And slowly,
The reflection becomes clearer.
Your inner world moves in a similar way.
When everything feels busy,
Fast,
Uncertain,
It becomes harder to see clearly,
But when your attention softens,
When you allow yourself to simply be here,
Something shifts.
Clarity begins to appear,
No loud answers,
But quiet understanding.
You now begin to notice what you feel,
Without needing to change it.
You begin to sense what matters to you,
Without needing to explain it.
And in that space,
Things feel simpler.
Clarity does not arrive all at once.
It reveals itself in moments like this,
When you are willing to sit with your own experience,
Without rushing past it.
There is an intelligence within you,
One that does not need to think louder to be understood.
It simply becomes visible when there is space.
And as you sit here now,
You may begin to feel how close you already are to understanding yourself more gently,
Not by searching harder,
But by listening more softly.
Rest here for a few breaths.
Let everything be exactly as it is.
As this meditation begins to close,
Carry this quiet clarity with you,
Not as something fixed but as something available.
Each time you pause,
Each time you soften your attention,
This clarity becomes easier to feel.
Softly come back to yourself.
I'm right here with you.
Do whatever feels good to you.
Slowly move your fingers and your toes if you like.
Maybe stretch out your body.
I wish you a wonderful rest of your day,
And whenever you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
