Transcript

This short meditation is for those moments when you're exhausted.

Physically,

Emotionally or mentally.

You don't have to do anything right now.

Just breathe.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose.

Exhale softly through your mouth.

Let your shoulders drop.

And again,

Inhale deeply.

And exhale slowly.

Let go of the effort.

Let yourself just be.

Feel the weight of your body.

Notice how it rests,

How it's held.

You don't need to carry everything right now.

Even if just for a moment.

You can put it down.

Now bring your attention inward.

Notice what your body is asking for.

Is it softness?

I'll give you the time right now to just listen without needing to fix anything.

Now allow your breath to move gently.

No rush,

No pressure.

Inhale space.

Exhale release.

Inhale softness.

Exhale permission to rest.

You don't need to earn this moment.

You don't need to explain why you're tired.

You are allowed to feel how you feel.

Now repeat quietly in your mind.

I allow myself to slow down.

I am not a machine.

Rest is productive.

My body deserves care.

I can return to myself gently.

Let each phrase be like water soaking into your dry soul.

Let your nervous system settle.

Let your heart exhale.

You are not behind.

You are not broken.

You are human.

Pay attention to your breathing.

Gentle inhales and soft exhales.

Take one last deep breath in.

Hold it gently and let go.

You are allowed to rest.

You are doing better than you think.
