Welcome to Spiritual and Somatic Healing with Movements and Meditation.
Remove Energetic Blockages and Upper Chakra Clearing.
To begin,
Sit in a comfortable,
Easy position.
Close your eyes.
And take a moment to find your breath.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Notice it.
Follow it.
Do not judge or change the breath.
Accept the breath.
Give the breath gratitude,
Thankful for the one breath within and without connecting us all.
Bring your awareness to your heart space.
Imagine a light emanating from your heart space.
What color is the light?
How bright is the light?
Take a moment to notice and feel into the light.
Now bring an intention forward.
You may choose to begin with the phrase,
Today I am releasing fear,
Judgment,
Pain,
Trauma,
Shame,
Dis-ease in the body,
Negative thought patterns,
Attachments,
Stuck energy,
Energetic blockages.
Take a moment to choose an intention and settle it into the light in your heart chakra.
Now repeat your intention silently three times.
Today,
I am releasing.
You may continue to sit in an easy cross-legged seated position or come to kneeling.
Now lift your arms to the side and bend the elbows to 90 degrees,
Cactus arms.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Keeping the arms bent,
Bring your forearms to touch in front of your chest.
Inhale,
Open the arms to the side,
Keeping the 90 degree bend of cactus arms.
Feel open through your chest and heart space.
You may choose to make a slight back bend and lift your gaze.
Inhale,
Forearms together at the front body,
Option to round the spine,
Chin to chest.
Inhale,
Open.
Exhale,
Close.
Inhale,
Open.
Exhale,
Close.
Next round,
Inhale,
Open through the chest and heart,
Accept.
Exhale,
Close and round,
Release.
Inhale,
Return to a neutral spine and a comfortable seated position.
Move your awareness to your throat chakra.
Notice if you feel any constriction here.
Take a moment to inhale and exhale,
Focusing the movement of breath as it travels through the back of your throat.
Now I invite you to chant the sound hum.
Focus the seed sound hum on your throat chakra.
You may choose to do this out loud or silently,
Hum as you exhale three times,
Hum,
Hum,
Hum.
Now we will add the sound so,
For so hum.
So hum translates to I am the universe or I am that.
This can be done silently.
Inhale think so,
Exhale think hum,
Focusing your attention on your throat chakra.
Repeat five more rounds of so hum.
Bring your awareness to the space between your eyebrows,
To your third eye chakra.
Imagine a glowing light here,
Growing and expanding out from your forehead.
You may feel a tingling or tapping sensation here.
You may notice a need to reposition your head and neck as you open and activate this chakra.
Move however you feel intuitively called to move.
Continue to keep your awareness on your third eye for three more breaths,
Releasing blocks and psychic debris with each exhale.
Lastly,
We're going to clear and open through the crown chakra by opening,
Releasing and activating all the chakras.
From a seated position,
Place your hands on your knees,
Hinge forward and begin to rotate your torso in a slow clockwise circle.
A churning movement stemming from your waist through your side body,
Front body and back body.
Make a circle as big or as small as you like.
You may choose to pair your breath.
As you inhale forward,
Open through your chest and lift your chin.
As you exhale,
Push back,
Round your spine,
Chin to chest,
Reverse,
Rotating counterclockwise.
Inhale,
Exhale,
Return to center.
Imagine a white column of light first traveling down your spine and anchoring in the center of the earth.
Then follow the light as it travels up through your spine and out the crown of your head,
Tethering to the sun.
You are now an open channel of light.
Place your awareness into the column of light about three inches above the crown of your head.
Stay here and breathe.
Release and return to your natural breath,
Back to the one breath within,
Without connecting us all.
Bring your awareness back to your heart space to retrieve your intention from the beginning of the meditation.
Repeat it out loud or silently to yourself three times with conviction.
Today I am releasing.
Feel the last of the energy release through your heart space.
You feel lighter,
Clearer.
Sense your chakras spinning.
See them filling with light and feel life force energy moving freely.
Feel love and warmth within your heart.
You are a magnificent being capable of great things and you are loved.
Return to this meditation weekly to bring awareness into the body and continue slow and gentle energetic release for spiritual and somatic healing.
