Dear friends,
The poem I have this morning is called Illumination.
This is what I do.
I bring myself to the mouth of the mother to hear her song.
Your voice resonates deeply within my soul,
This divine celestial music of the spheres.
This is what I feel.
I walk on the earth,
You take me in,
Accepting me as your child.
I feel your roots growing inside me,
Turning the years of soil,
Nurturing what will be,
And holding what came before.
This is what I see.
I gaze at the sky.
Your vastness reveals what I see inside,
Transforming from day to night,
From sun to glittering starlight,
Holding us within limitless space and time.
This is what I am.
I stand within the light.
Each day shows me my reflection,
Who I can be,
And I know what we are here to become,
And how much luminosity we can hold.
