Hello beautiful soul,
And welcome to this guided meditation that will help you feel refreshed and excited about beginning again.
Whether it's at the start of the new year,
A new chapter in your life,
Or just a new day,
The chance to begin again is always with us,
Because every single moment is a new beginning.
Without mindfulness,
It's easy to drag the upsets,
Frustrations,
And stress from yesterday into today,
And ride the hamster wheel of reliving the past,
Instead of renewing ourselves in each moment.
When we are present and awake,
Each breath is ripe with opportunity to become the person we want to be,
And live the life we wish to lead.
So let's breathe,
And begin again,
Right now.
I'm so glad you're here,
Dear one.
As you get yourself comfortable in a seated position,
And whenever you're ready,
Gently allow your eyes to close.
Pay attention to your breathing.
Notice it,
Without trying to change it.
What do you notice?
Just be in a state of observation.
Is your breathing deep or shallow?
Do you feel it in your belly?
In your chest?
Are you holding it?
Does it feel caught or stuck anywhere?
Do you even want to notice it?
Are you pushing against it?
Pay attention to all of it,
Without judging any of it.
And now,
Invite a full,
Deep,
Beautiful breath in,
And let go of a soft,
Slow,
Beautiful breath out,
And let your body relax.
Continue breathing in,
As if it was the most nourishing inhale of your life,
And breathe out,
As if it was the most relaxing exhale of your life.
Let that relaxation drift,
And float,
And flow,
Spreading out till it reaches all the corners of your body.
Feel it in your fingertips,
In your toes,
In your belly button,
In your earlobe,
Your eyelids,
Anywhere and everywhere.
Feel your body melting into a state of relaxation it has never felt before.
Notice this relaxation as it continues to flow,
Anywhere and everywhere it needs to,
Softening any areas you may previously not have noticed.
Notice your knuckles,
Your throat,
The small of your back,
The back of your knees,
The arches of your feet.
Soften,
Soften,
Soften all of it.
Pay attention again to your breathing,
What's changed,
Where would you like it to change?
Would you like it to flow more freely?
Then let it.
Would you like it to fill you more deeply?
Then let it.
Would you like it to carry you?
Then let it.
Would you like it to ground you?
Then let it.
Would you like it to wash away everything that you don't need anymore?
Then let it.
Would you like it to bring you everything that you do need right now?
Then let it.
The more you can let it,
The more you can live it,
Right now.
Let each breath be this life-changing.
Let each breath be the most exciting beginning,
And each breath be the most peaceful ending.
From here on in,
You get to let in more of what you want.
From here on in,
You get to let out more of what you no longer need.
You are constantly receiving,
And you are constantly releasing.
There is nothing you can't have.
There is nothing you can't let go of.
In this moment,
You can have it all.
In this moment,
You can leave it all behind.
Breathe in.
Begin again.
Breathe out.
Release the past.
Breathe in.
Start over.
And breathe out,
No regrets,
No judgments,
No should-haves,
Because in each new breath,
There is a new beginning.
Take some time here to be with your breath as it continues to flow and circulate through your soft body.
Feel the freshness of each new moment.
Feel the calmness of each passing moment.
No need to hang on,
Because a new opportunity always arises.
Let your body bathe in the energy of fresh,
New,
Begin,
Again.
Inhale and exhale for these final,
Resting moments.
And then whenever you're ready,
Come back to the room and gently open your eyes.
I hope this meditation helped you feel into the freshness and excitement of each new moment and helped you release whatever remnants of the past that have been holding you back.
Thank you so much for listening,
Dear one.
Have a beautiful day.
