No matter how alone we may feel,
No matter how much we think we must figure everything out on our own,
The truth is we are never alone.
There is a universal life force energy all around and within us,
Within all of life.
So let's take a moment to allow ourselves to feel that support and unconditional love.
I'm so glad you're here,
Dear one.
Get yourself comfortable in whatever position that may be for you,
And whenever you're ready,
Gently allow your eyes to close,
And begin to pay attention to your breathing.
Notice your inhale.
Notice your exhale.
Notice it even more by breathing in deeply,
Following the inhale all the way up.
And notice it even more by breathing out slowly,
And slowly,
Following the exhale all the way down.
And as you breathe in deeply,
And exhale slowly,
Notice your body begin to relax.
And now begin to pay attention to the bottoms of your feet.
As you inhale and exhale,
Feel into the sensation of the bottoms of your feet.
And then feel the bottoms of your feet relax.
And as you inhale and exhale,
Feel into the sensation of the palms of your hands.
And then feel your hands relax.
And now bring your awareness to the top of your head.
Bring your awareness to the top of your head.
And as you inhale and exhale,
Gently,
Softly,
Feel the sensation of the top of your head.
And then feel the top of your head relax.
Let the softness in your feet,
In your hands,
In your head,
Invite the rest of your body to relax.
To loosen.
To soften.
To be a gentle presence in the space that you are in.
Let the space you are in lose itself in the softness of your body.
Feel yourself as both form and formless,
Dancing together.
You are held here by nothing and yet by everything.
And you hold all that is here,
Which is everything.
Breathe in deeply and exhale fully.
Relax.
Soften even more into the space around you.
Relax.
Let the space within soften even more throughout you.
You are here.
Here is you.
Here,
Right now,
Can only be experienced by you.
You can only experience here,
Right now.
As you become more and more aware of your body in this present moment.
Of this present moment in your body.
Of your body as this present moment.
Let yourself feel the bigness of it all.
Let yourself feel the oneness of it all.
Let yourself feel the effortlessness of support.
You don't need to go out and get it.
It's already here.
You don't need to be worthy of having it.
You already have it.
You already are it.
You are love.
There is no separation.
There is no such thing as you without the bigness and the oneness and the all that is-ness that is everywhere.
There is a sun in every flower.
There is a universe in you.
You are in this ever-loving,
Boundless present moment.
And this ever-loving,
Limitless present moment is in you.
Let yourself feel held here.
Let yourself feel safe here.
Let yourself feel supported.
Let yourself feel loved.
Let yourself be love.
Take your time here to sink further into this feeling of being supported.
