And what I want to do is tell you what I'm used to do lately in my life,
In my own personal life,

Is there's so many people coming to me,

Are you doing what you want to do in life,
Are you happy,
Are you following yourself?
So first of all,
We have to know who we are,
What we want in life,
And I think that's for most people,
And it was for me,
And still is sometimes,
The big question,
Who am I,
What do I want in life,
What do I really want,
And then how do I walk that path,
You know?
So yeah,
It's not an easy path,
Because we have lots of obstacles,
But I don't like to see them as obstacles,
I like to see them as puzzles we have to solve,
You know?
In order to walk away,
It's like if we're young,
Young children,
If you look at them,
They can just,
They just do whatever they want,
Seems like it,
And we as adults,
We intervene,
We say like,
No,
No,
No,
No,
Not this,
Not this,
Not this way,
Don't do this,
Do this.
So we learn them to undo what they really want to do,
And now when we are older,
We have to learn to do what we want to,
Like to do,
You know?
So there's so many influences every day,
You know,
It's not from social media,
It's from our friends,
Family,
Parents,
Children,
Grandparents,
Co-workers,
Workers,
Bosses,
Wife,
Husband,
Friends,
Whatever,
There's so many influences we have,
And we need to learn to ourselves again,
Who am I?
What do I want?
And it's not being selfish,
Many people think it's selfish,
It's like,

I have to take care of this person,
This person,
I have to follow his or her feelings,
I have to,
I understand,
But if you're not really,
Really listening to what you want,
And I'm sure you will find people in your life who really accept you the way you are,
The way you want to,
It's not easy,
Because everybody has these own things,

And it gives us frictions and fights sometimes,
Disagreements,
Disappointments,
So I suggest for you,
Even for myself,
Is like,
Listen to yourself,
Just listen to what you really want to do,
Write it down,
Make notes,

Just,

Every week I write down what I want in life at that moment,
Am I still on track?
And some things disappear from the list,
Because my heart and my soul are saying,
Okay,
This is less important for me right now,
More important is this,
Like,
You know,
One day in my life,
For a long period,
I love to travel a lot,
So traveling was number one in my life,
Travel,
Travel,
Travel,
Meeting people,
Seeing other cultures,
At this moment,
Traveling is not so important,
It will come back,
I feel it,
But at this moment,
No,
It's more like,
I'm okay with who I am,
What I am,
And I'm even okay with living on my own,
And spending time with myself,
Talking about time,
Today I was thinking,
Time is something that we humans invented,
Of course,
Because many,

Many years ago,
There was no time as we know it right now,

Everything is timed in this life,
Everywhere on the planet,
Everything is timed,
Every culture,
Every country has time,
We put it there,
It doesn't exist,
It's something that we invented,

That's why we are so caught up in time,
And get nervous about it,
And stress out about it,
I used to live in an environment where it was very,
Very busy,
Lots of people,
Lots of things going on,
And I don't want it anymore,
I said to myself,

This is too much,
I want to live in a place,
In an environment where I have more freedom,
So now,
The last four years and a half,
I moved to the south of Spain,
I live literally five minutes from the sea,
And five minutes from the mountains,
And it feels good,

I have the influence of so many natural things,
Out of pollution,
Out of big city,
Out of,
So,
Thinking about what you really want in life is very important,
And I suggest you do this on a weekly basis,
I'll try to send every week a minimum recording of what I've been doing that week,
What I would like to suggest to do,
To start with,

And then I'll stop this recording really,
But it's like a sort of a homework,
Like it's school,
I would like you to take a piece of paper and a pen,
And in the middle of the piece of paper,
You write your name,
Write it good,
Clearly,
In the color and the type of letter you want,
Yeah,
And then around it,
Around your name,
Above,
Left,
Right,
Underneath it,
Whatever,
Wherever,
You draw,
You write what is important to you in life,
What is really important to you,
What makes you happy,
What makes you smile,
What makes you get up,
What makes you keep on going,
Just write it down,
Words,
Sentences,
Everything,
Just keep on going,
You know,
Do this every day,
Look at it,
Write it down,
Look at it,
Write it down,
And I think that's very important,
If you can do this,
And then afterwards you have a look,
And then you,
Because what we want to do is,
There's so much in your brain going on,

There's so many things going on,
It's like,
For many people,
It's like full,
Completely full,
The bucket,
It's full,

So by writing it down,
You're making it literally visible,
Visible,

You see it,
You can reread it,
You can talk to the paper,
Talk to yourself,
Correct it,
