Every year again we have new year resolutions and lots of them,
Millions all over the world.
And most of the time we talk about it,
Like with a laugh,
You know,
It's like I'm gonna do this,
I'm gonna stop drinking,
I'm gonna stop smoking,
I'm gonna start doing this,
Not only stopping but also starting.
And we go over it lightly or not and we say,
Okay,
Now I'm gonna do it,
Now I'm gonna take a challenge,
Now I'm going to change this because I haven't done this in years and it's time.
Look at my body,
Look at my mental health,
Look at what I'm doing,
Look at where I am in my life,
It's not really working.
So I have to change,
I have to do something.
Okay,
Let's make a program.
All this has been done in a few minutes,
Seconds,
It's a thought.
You speak it out,
Which is very good,
Speaking out is very good.
But not on the 31st of January,
Of December I mean,
Or the 1st of January.
I mean,
You're in party mode,
You don't really mean it and the people who receive it,
They don't really get it,
I think,
At the moment.
But if you look at all these resolutions,
These are things that keep us busy,
These are things that are in our mind or in our subconscious mind for years maybe,
That something has to change.
The only thing is we don't know how,

Or just buying a gym ticket for three months and you go for three,

But that's not how it works.
Telling people is one good thing,
It's very good,
Telling lots of people so they can keep asking you afterwards,

How is it with your idea to change?
How are you doing?
You're getting better?
You feel it already?
Then they'll keep you on your toes.
So that's a good thing.
But what I want to tell you is,
If you really want to change,
If you really want to get your life back in balance,
If you really want to be positive again,
If you really want to have this feeling of,
This is my life,
This is what I want,
Then you have to really,
Really act.
And there are some things you need to do,
I think,
Before,
Well,
There are lots of things you can do,
But the three things you can do are,
For instance,
Sitting down alone in a place where it's quiet,
Taking time,
No phones around you if possible,
Just going to nature,
Take some piece of paper and a pen and write down.
Writing is very important to get your thoughts out on paper.
Writing it down is better than on a computer or phone.
Just write it down.
What is the thing you really want to change?
What is it?
And you can fill a whole page with it,
Or two pages,
Or three pages,
Or four pages,
But please be as specific as you can.
Write it down as good as you can,
And re-read it,
Because this is what you want.
It's your life,
It's your choice,
It's your change.
So you have to do it the way you want it.
And this is a very,
Very important step.
The first step is very,
Very important.
The second step I would also write down is how.
How are you going to do this?
And if you want to say,
Like,
I want to lose weight,
I'll go to the gym,
That's the how.
That's very easy.
I'll just go,
I'll buy a ticket,
Or I'll go,
You know,
No,
Again,
Very specific.
How are you going to do this?
How are you going to reach that goal?
How are you going to manifest that change in your life?
And if you don't know it by heart,
Or directly,
Just wait,
Ask people,
But also write it down.
And see and feel the benefits of the change while you're writing it.
Feel that smile on your face while you're like,
Oh my God,
Yes,
Yes,
Yes,
I want this,
I want it.
That's what I always wanted in my life.
And now I'm going to get it,

And you have to go for it.
And I know many people saying to themselves,
No,
I cannot do this.
It takes too long.

I'd rather stay in my comfort zone,
I'd rather don't do this because I don't want to spend the money on this.
I need to pay my bills and this and this.

But in the back of your mind,

You will carry it with you all the time for the next year,

And most of the things are not good.
If unconsciously things need to be changed,
And you feel it,
And you know it in your body,
You have to do something about it,
Mind,
Body,
Whatever,

You know it,
Everybody has this internal regulator.
And if it's not ticking right,
Where it should tick,
You have to do something about it.
So step one,
Step two,
Writing down what you want,
Writing down how you want it,
Feeling it,
Seeing it.
Number three is very easy.
It's the action button.
Now you have to make a plan and do it and follow it.
If it's,
For instance,
Every day at seven o'clock,
I have to get up and do this for a half an hour.
Then you take your agenda,
You write it down,
And you do it,
Whatever happens,
Because things will always change.
There will always be something in your life that comes through,
There will always be something that,
I cannot do this because I'm too tired,
The evening before,
Or I have to go,
No.
Keep on going.
Stamina.
You need to take care of yourself.
There are lots of people who are doing this in life.
And you wonder why they get so far in life,
Why they're so happy all the time,
Why they just getting what they want,
Because they push the button,

And they'll go for it.
