Welcome to The Courage Hill,

A powerful story-led meditation centered around fairy tales and their symbols,

Where your imagination will make way for your healing.

I am Sharvi from Enroute Angels,

And I'll be guiding you through this meditation to help you step into everyday courage,

Even in the presence of fear.

This guided meditation can be listened to daily for at least 21 days to build everyday courage,

Or can be revisited,

Especially on days when fear or doubt arises.

Before we begin,

Make sure you're in a quiet space where you can fully rest.

Please don't listen to this while driving or doing anything that needs your attention.

This is your time.

So find a comfortable spot.

Let your hands rest softly.

Drop your shoulders.

Relax your jaws.

And as you settle in,

I invite you to close your eyes and take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose.

Hold it gently,

And breathe out through your mouth.

One more time.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Hold it gently,

And breathe out from your mouth,

Releasing any tension you've been carrying.

Soften your forehead.

Relax your fingers and toes.

Let your breath deepen,

And allow yourself to be fully present here in this moment.

Let your body settle into the support beneath you.

Take one more deep breath in through your nose.

Hold it gently,

And breathe out from your mouth.

You don't have to try.

You don't have to hold anything back.

Just naturally breathe.

Breathe in,

And breathe out.

Let my voice guide you.

You don't have to try or force.

Simply listen to my voice and visualize.

I invite you to bring your awareness into the center of your chest,

Your heart cavity or heart chakra.

Notice whatever is present there.

Warmth,

Tightness,

Silence,

Or even numbness.

Everything is welcome.

Continue to breathe into your heart and hold your awareness there.

And as you focus there,

Imagine a soft glow forming inside the heart chakra.

With each breath,

The soft golden light grows larger and brighter.

The golden,

Soft,

Bright light begins to shape itself into a thread,

Glowing softly as it wraps itself around your wrist like it's always belonged there.

This is your humming thread.

It carries your truth,

Which is loving,

Not loud,

Not urgent,

Just innately you.

With every breath,

The thread begins to gently open a passage before you,

Almost forming a portal,

A gateway that opens into a meadow at the base of a soft hill.

And as you breathe in again,

Step onto the meadow slowly.

You find yourself standing at the base of a soft hill.

This is the courage hill.

The earth beneath your feet feels springy and light,

Covered in moss,

Wildflowers,

And patches of snow that glisten like crystals.

Take in the cool air around you,

Carrying the scent of cedar,

Pine,

And something sweet like cloves or cinnamon.

Tiny golden bells hang from the trees,

Chiming with the breeze.

Icicles sparkle on the evergreen branches,

And ribbons of mist curl through the trees like soft lace.

Step by step,

You begin to walk up the courage hill,

Slow and steady.

You're not climbing to conquer anything.

You are simply rising into yourself.

As you walk,

The reindeers with silver antlers move quietly through the trees.

A group of snow foxes tumble playfully down the slope nearby.

A robin with a red ribbon tied to its leg hops from branch to branch.

A tall,

Elegant giraffe peeks through the treetops,

Tiny lights wrapped around its ears.

A lioness,

Lying still and sure,

Lifts her head as you climb upward,

Her presence fierce yet calm.

The magical creatures on the hill see you,

Greet you,

And warmly welcome you.

The golden thread at your wrist hums and glows,

Matching your breath,

Your pace,

And the rhythm of your heart.

Keep walking upward.

The slope is gentle but steady.

The light in the sky is winter-pale.

Blush pinks and golds rising behind fluffy white clouds.

Glowing snowdrops bloom near your ankles,

And a few flower petals rise up from the ground and swirl slowly in the air,

Caught in a kind of quiet magic.

As you step and climb up the courage hill,

You can feel yourself in your power.

Feel that power rising.

As your power rises,

A glittering,

Chattering parrot lands on your shoulder.

His beak is dark red,

And his feathers are rich with green,

Indigo,

And gold.

He flutters,

And when he speaks,

His voice sounds familiar and persistent.

He can sound like fear or doubt as he perches on your shoulder.

He chatters loudly.

Listen to whatever he says.

You're not ready.

You're too late.

You might fail.

Allow him to speak to you and accept whatever doubt or fear arises.

As you hear the parrots chatter,

Place your hand over the golden thread.

The golden thread glows bright and hums deeply under your fingers.

The hum of the thread fills the air.

The chatter slowly fades away.

As you carry on towards the top of the courage hill amidst this chattering,

The wildflowers around you bloom in awe of you.

The magical creatures recognize your brave spirit.

The parrot flutters back into the trees.

The golden thread wrapped around your wrist continues to hum your victory song.

I invite you to hold yourself deeply and steadily and to continue the beautiful climb up the hill towards a bend seen in the distance.

As you reach the bend,

The trees part slightly,

And sunlight spills across the path.

Feel its warmth on your skin.

The climb continues,

But the path is kind.

The parrot returns once more,

Flying overhead,

Chattering louder than before.

As you hear the parrots chatter,

Gently place your hand on the golden thread again.

They won't believe you.

You're too much.

It will never work.

Accept the chattering parrot,

The voice of fear and doubt.

Breathe deeply into your heart and let yourself stay.

The golden thread glows bright and hums deeply under your fingers.

The hum of the thread fills the air.

The chatter now silenced.

The parrot fades again.

You're almost at the bend now,

At the top.

The ground beneath you is even.

And ahead of you is a wooden bridge,

Suspended above a quiet ravine.

The bridge glows in the pale winter light,

And above it,

A rainbow appears.

The rainbow is soft and full.

Its colors stretch across the sky like a blessing.

At the entrance of the wooden bridge,

You see an old woman who looks up,

Smiles as if waiting for you.

Her silver hair flows like the river water,

And her cloak is stitched with tiny glowing threads.

She sits beside a spinning wheel,

Turning golden thread between her fingers.

As you move closer,

She gets up,

Smiles and welcomes you.

She holds your hand and invites you to walk with her towards the wooden bridge under the rainbow.

Allow yourself to be held by the wise old woman.

The wood creaks faintly beneath your feet.

You're not rushing.

You're here.

Halfway across the bridge,

The mist below clears,

And you see the river that flows beneath,

Glowing as if lit with a million tiny stars.

Allow yourself to pause and stay here.

Bask in the glory and the bliss of this moment before you.

You are standing in the middle of your own courage.

It doesn't roar.

It whispers.

It glows.

It breathes.

The thread hums on your wrist.

Above you,

The clouds drift gently apart.

The trees lean in slightly.

The robin lets out a single note.

You are witnessed here.

You are still here.

And that is enough.

The silver-haired woman steps forward,

Reaches up toward the rainbow.

From it,

She pulls a single shard of light,

A rainbow-colored flame no larger than a pearl.

She places it in your palm.

It glows and swirls and then gently flows into the golden humming thread at your wrist,

Tying into it like silk,

Finding silk.

This rainbow hue in your golden thread is a testament to the soft bond between your courage and the life that now recognizes it.

She stretches out both her hands,

Now holding both of yours.

She doesn't speak,

But in her steady gaze,

In the warmth of her palms,

In the quiet air that wraps around you,

She affirms it.

You are courageous.

You are victorious.

You are enough.

You are safe.

You belong.

You are safe here.

You always were.

The air shimmers around you,

And the silver-haired woman becomes bright rainbow light.

From above,

The parrot returns and lands gently on your shoulders.

But now,

His feathers are golden and he no longer chatters.

He rests his head against yours,

Quiet,

Calm,

Softened by your truth.

The rainbow begins to bend downward,

A soft arc curving into the courage hill.

It becomes a slide,

A glowing ribbon of color that opens into a path before you.

Step onto the rainbow path and let it carry you gloriously down the courage hill.

Allow yourself to enjoy this easy,

Light-filled descent.

The trees shimmer in blessing.

The foxes twirl and leap through the snow.

The robin flies overhead in circles.

The lioness watches and nods.

The world witnesses your courage and the world makes way for you.

You are safe here.

You are still welcome.

You are returning,

Not to leave anything behind,

But to carry it forward with you.

The golden thread at your wrist hums the bravery song once more and then gently melts into your skin.

Join now with rainbow light.

It is part of you.

You are part of it.

Breathe into that.

Let it settle in your chest,

In your heart.

You are enough.

You are safe.

You are still in your story.

And as you descend at the base of the courage hill onto the meadow,

Gently begin to return now from the golden gateway.

Back to your breath.

Back to your body.

Back to this moment,

Into the consciousness of the room.

Feel the support beneath you.

Wiggle your fingers.

Move your toes.

Breathe deeply yet normally into your heart.

If a next step calls to you after this,

To speak,

To ask,

To name something true,

Let it be small,

Let it be sacred,

Let it be yours.

The golden humming thread will always wrap around you.

Take one last breath,

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

You are back,

And your story continues.

One breath,

One step,

One truth at a time.

Namaste.
