Welcome to Under the Colored Clouds,
A guided meditation to release what's heavy and hold what's true.
I am Charvi from Enroute Angels,
And I will guide you on this journey.
Just listen to my voice and visualize.
If visualization feels difficult,
Stay with your breath and the rhythm of my voice.
Your deeper mind understands imagery in its own time.
Allow it to experience it in its own way.
Before we begin,
Make sure you are in a quiet space where you can comfortably listen to this meditation.
Please don't listen to this while driving or doing anything that requires your full attention.
This is your time.
So find a comfortable spot and allow your body to settle.
Let your hands rest softly.
Drop your shoulders.
Relax your jaws.
And as you settle in,
Gently close your eyes.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose.
Hold it gently and breathe out through your mouth.
One more time,
Inhale slowly,
Hold it gently and breathe out through your mouth,
Releasing any tension you've been carrying.
Soften your forehead and relax your fingers and toes.
Let your breath deepen and allow yourself to be fully present here in this moment.
Let your body settle into the support beneath you.
Now,
Take one more deep breath in.
Hold it gently and breathe out through your mouth.
Let your breathing become natural.
Notice the breath as it enters.
Notice the breath as it leaves and gently bring your awareness to the center of your chest into the heart cavity,
Your heart chakra.
Notice what's present there,
Warmth,
Tightness,
Silence or even numbness.
Whatever is present,
Allow it.
Stay here for a few more breaths.
As your attention rests in the heart space,
Imagine a ball of light gathering in the center of your chest.
With each inhale,
Feel the ball of light expand gently within the heart.
With each exhale,
Feel it become more stable,
Warmer and clearer.
As the ball of light grows,
The space in front of you begins to widen,
Opening a passage before you.
Focus your attention there.
If any thoughts arise,
Let them pass through.
If your focus drifts,
Gently bring it back into your heart space and continue to breathe.
Notice the passage widening and as the light stretches ahead,
You begin to see a beautiful river bend.
Take a slow breath in and step forward.
You have arrived at the river bend where the river curves gently around a stretch of open land.
You are safe here and so very welcome.
The air is fresh with hints of early spring,
With faint traces of wood smoke drifting through it.
Birds chirp in the distance,
Trees are laden with fruits waiting to ripen.
Everything here feels ready to welcome the new season.
Breathe naturally and take in the space around you.
And now,
Step closer to the river bend,
Closer to the flowing water,
And kneel down,
Squat and keep standing.
Your heart knows what to do and leads the way.
Notice how the river bend is wide here,
Curving around a stretch of open earth as though it has chosen to slow down.
Notice the earth beneath your feet,
Packed with soil and smooth,
Flat pebbles.
The water moves with a gentle hush,
Not loud enough to command your attention,
But steady enough to anchor you.
The spring wind brushes cool against your skin.
The air is clear for your lungs to breathe in.
The sky above you is wide and unclaimed,
Pale and waiting.
Stay here for a few more breaths and hold the sense that something has begun beneath the ground.
Even if you cannot see it.
As you stay in this magical space,
Bring your attention to your palms with your mind's eyes.
Let them turn gently upward,
Resting open.
And without reaching for anything,
Notice a subtle weight beginning to gather in one of your palms,
Or in both.
Cool against your skin,
Solid heel.
A smooth river stone magically rests in your palm.
You don't remember picking it up,
It is simply there.
Take a moment to feel it.
The stone holds something you have been holding.
A version of yourself that no longer fits.
A tired thought.
A quiet ache.
An old pressure.
A role you outgrew.
A resentment.
A performance.
You don't need to explain the stone.
You do not need to name it.
Just feel the weight.
Notice the texture beneath your fingers.
The temperature of the stone.
The size of the stone.
The way your body responds when you hold it in your palms.
The thoughts that pass through as you hold it.
Take a slow breath in.
And look closely at the flowing river water.
The water is clear.
But beneath the surface,
Notice a subtle,
Almost invisible,
Faint violet current.
Silk-like shimmer moving under the surface of the river.
The violet current dissolves density into color.
Nothing is wasted here.
Breathe naturally.
And as you do,
Place your first stone into the water.
Watch it sink.
The violet current wraps around it.
And the stone begins to dissolve into a pigment.
Deep,
Saturated crimson.
The color lifts from the water.
It rises slowly,
Alive,
Like a thick,
Vivid cloud of crimson.
The crimson cloud ascends into the clear sky.
The sky holds it.
The cloud does not scatter.
It paints the whole sky crimson and takes its place in the sky.
Witness the heaviness being released.
What rises leaves you.
Stay here for a moment.
Take a slow breath in.
And as you exhale,
Another small pebble appears gently in your palm.
It appears when you are ready.
Feel its weight,
Size,
Temperature,
Or any other detail.
This one may feel different.
Perhaps slightly heavier,
Or smoother,
Or warmer in your hand.
Again,
Without forcing anything,
Let one more thing you are ready to release meet the stone.
Notice what shifts in your body as you hold it.
Then slowly place this pebble into the river.
Watch it sink.
The violet current receives it,
Wraps around it,
And this time the stone dissolves into a bright,
Dramatic yellow.
The yellow rises through the water,
Lifting into the sky.
The sky holds it.
It does not scatter.
It spreads beside the crimson,
Layering color upon color.
Take a breath.
Notice your palm again.
When you are ready,
Another pebble forms.
This one may carry something else.
A subtle doubt.
A habit.
A comparison.
A pressure you've normalized.
You don't need to name it.
Just feel it.
And when you are ready,
Release it.
The river receives it.
The violet current moves.
And now a peacock green cloud begins to rise.
Rich.
Deep and expansive.
It lifts into the sky,
Joining the crimson and the yellow.
What rises leaves you.
Stay here for a few more breaths.
And if any pebbles may form in your palm,
Gently release them into the river.
Feel your heaviness transform into a fluffy,
Colored cloud.
I invite you to notice the sky above.
It is no longer pale.
It is slowly becoming a canopy of colors,
Layer upon layer.
Stone after stone.
Electric pink.
Sunset orange.
Cobalt blue.
Magenta.
Even shades of colors you cannot even name.
Each weight you release transmutes into a color.
Colored clouds drift slowly above you.
Blending without losing themselves.
You are now under the colored clouds.
Under a sky that reflects everything you have released.
What rises leaves you.
Now lower your gaze to the river again.
It has changed.
The water reflects the sky above.
Soft ribbons of color move across the surface.
The river carries them forward.
And you understand.
What flows returns to you in balance.
The colored ribbons drift toward you.
Moving around your feet.
The river does not return the weight.
It returns only what is true.
Stay here for a moment.
Under the colored clouds.
Feet in living water.
Notice how your body feels.
What rises now.
Lighter and free.
Look up at the sky once more.
And choose one color that feels like the truth to you.
Watch it descend gently.
Settling into your chest.
Comforting and certain.
And repeat softly within.
Again.
What rises leaves me.
What flows returns to me in balance.
Again.
What rises leaves me.
What flows returns to me in balance.
Take a slow breath in.
And breathe out.
As your body grows lighter.
And your breath grows steadier now.
Above you.
The colors begin to soften.
And diffuse lightly.
Crimson eases into rose.
Gold thins into light.
Green softens into air.
As you return into balance.
The sky becomes spacious again.
And the river returns slowly.
To its violet current.
Feel your heartbeat.
Notice how it has changed.
As your body settles.
The landscape settles with you.
Feel your feet in the water.
One last time.
Cool.
Grounded.
Supported.
Now slowly bring your awareness.
To the opening from your heart space.
And when you are ready.
Step back into the consciousness.
Notice the firmness beneath your soles.
The steadiness of the ground.
Place one hand over your heart.
Feel the warmth where your chosen color rests.
Breathe naturally.
And begin to notice your body's weight.
The room around you.
The subtle sounds in your physical space.
Gently move your fingers and your toes.
Roll your shoulders slightly.
When you are ready.
Open your eyes.
When you feel heavy.
Come back to the river bend.
The water will dissolve again.
The clouds will rise again.
And the sky will hold you again.
Hope you find what you are looking for.
And then some.
