This is a gratitude blessing for anyone eating alone. It’s not a meditation, but a quiet thank you for the food, the moment, the stillness, and the simple, sacred act of nourishing yourself and honoring your own company.

Thank you for this food,

For the quiet moment,

For the gift of stillness.

Thank you for the hands that prepared this meal,

Mine or someone else's.

For the ingredients that came together,

For the journey that this food took to reach me.

Thank you for my appetite,

For my ability to nourish myself,

For the privilege of choosing what I eat and when.

Thank you for the pause,

For the soft edges of this moment,

For not needing to speak or entertain,

For being enough just as I am,

For the comfort of my own company,

For the reminder that I am never truly alone.

Thank you for the taste,

For texture,

For fullness,

For presence.

Thank you for another chance to care and nourish myself,

And to show up for my body,

To receive what I need.

I am grateful.

I am nourished with gratitude and blessings.

Superbly, beautiful blessings and so many wonderful things to be grateful for when sitting down to nourish ourselves. Thank you for making this track!

I love this reverence for the many aspects that are involved in having food arrive in our tables. Well done (or medium rare) 🥰🤓😉
