Take a slightly deeper breath and exhale a sound.

Inhaling and exhaling with sound.
There is a part of you that knows how to return.
Not by effort,
But by remembering your connection.
You don't need to become a different version of yourself.
Just come back to the one who is here.

Everything is well.
