I am awake.
I am alert.
I am attuned to the whisper of my soul.
As we move through life,
There comes a time when the path of our inner compass becomes adrift.
I've experienced this firsthand.
When we lose sight of what is illusion and what is reality,
What feels right and what feels wrong,
Or mere discernment.
This too is a part of the journey,
Part of the great mystery.
To lose ourselves before the gentle remembering,
Only discover a softer,
A wiser way.
When we begin to truly look within,
We start to notice the patterns the movie on repeat,
The stories we carry,
The folklore we have inherited.
As we wander down the inner rabbit hole,
Something inside begins to stir.
We realize we were shaped for turbulence,
For inner earthquakes,
For quiet tsunamis of the soul.
Not as a punishment,
But as initiation if we choose to answer the call.
As the fertile ground where we learn,
Grow,
And evolve.
This is the polarity of life,
Light and shadow,
Tension and release,
Teacher and student.
And here we are invited to humble ourselves as the students of earth,
Students of our own becoming.
We always have two paths before us,
Resist or embody,
Fight the experience or become friends with reality as it is.
So gently ask yourself in this moment,
What is life showing me here?
What is mine to learn?
How would love see this?
Listen for the soft whisper of your soul,
The voice beneath the noise,
The one that guides you home to the sweet spot of remembering,
Dropping your awareness into the body,
Into the wisdom that has been with you since the beginning.

Soften into the cells,
