All we have are experiences.
In sharing life events,
Our memoirs,
We allow ourselves to be seen.
Truly seen.
Witnessed through both our joy and our pain.
It is our perception of good or bad.
We interpret our experiences through a personal lens.
We judge our own journey.
And yet it molds who we are,
Who we have become.
Allowing us to evolve,
Grow,
Expand.
The highs and the lows.
The exotic moments,
The eccentric moments.
The mystical moments that our eyes lay witness to.
An embodiment of humanity.
Allowing yourself to stay neutral and to be the witness of your external reality takes time,
Practice,
And patience with oneself.
An internal love affair with your spirit.
A whisper that says,
Keep going.
To see the external world as a reflection of your internal world requires non-judgmental and non-biased of oneself.
Radical self-love and acceptance.
The internal mirror.
The projection.
Our highs and lows that show up in people,
Places,
And things.
Our internal landscape.
Is our compass.
Always leading us back to the yellow brick road.
The essence of our spiritual well-being.
For our highest self,
Our highest growth.
Evolution for the collective in this 3D world that we reside.
The earthly plane is a mere game.
To keep us distracted,
Sensory overload.
It is so imperative to stop,
Pause,
And go in.
For survival,
To slow down.
Connect to the internal heartbeat.
Reconnect with the rhythm of the breath.
The internal compass.
Coming back to a state of neutral.
A state of calm.
A state of inner peace.
And this is where I invite you to find a comfortable position.
Slow down with me.
Whether that is lying down on your bed,
Your couch,
Or the earth beneath your feet.
I do encourage to lay a horizontal expression.
Your spine flat on the surface.
Softening of the shoulders.
Becoming aware of the electrical current that flows upwards starting from the root,
The base of your spine.
Now,
Soften the gaze.
Soften the eyelids.
And bring your focus to the awareness of your breath.
I'll have you take a deep inhalation and exhale through the mouth.
Let everything go.
I'll have you take one more.
Deep inhalation and exhale through the mouth.
Let everything go.
Ah.
Inhale deeply and exhale fully.
On every exhalation,
Allowing yourself to soften even more into the cells,
The blood,
The fascia,
The bone marrow.
Allowing the earth to hold you,
To caress you.
To know in this moment that you are safe.
You are grounded.
Let's be the witness.
I invite you to step outside your body.
Figuratively.
To see yourself lying on the surface.
This is where visualization is imperative.
And with your external voice,
I'll have you repeat after me.
Allow me to be the witness of my internal landscape.
Begin to observe the rhythm of the breath.
Witness what is happening internally for you in this moment.
The start of witnessing the sensations in the body.
The tingling,
The gurgling.
The heat,
The cool that moves throughout the cells,
The blood.
The rise and the fall of the belly.
You begin to witness the sweet nectar of air on your cheek.
Observe it.
You begin to connect to your electrical current flowing through you.
Is it slow?
Or fast?
Stagnant?
Or does it arouse you?
Stay alert.
Stay with me.
Remain present.
Maintaining the rhythm of your breath,
The inhales and the exhales.
Breathing with the entire being.
And exhale with the entire being.
Now just observe the thoughts as it flows through you organically.
Are the thoughts in flow full circle of release?
Observe it.
Or does it land somewhere in the body?
Take a deep inhalation and exhale through the mouth.
Let everything go.
Allow yourself to be in a frequency of love,
Curiosity,
Compassion,
As you explore your internal world.
Now we return.
Feel the solid ground beneath you.
Come back into the body.
Allow yourself to land.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
And know you're fully present in this moment,
Embodied in this human experience.
As you settle,
Bring your right hand on your heart.
Repeat out loud,
I am right here,
Right now.
I am present.
I am connected to my body.
Aware of my internal life force.
I am the witness to my external reality.
