Taking a comfortable meditative seat,
Taking a moment to stretch the spine upwards,
Letting it fall back,
Beginning to find the breath,
Breathing in and out through the nose,
Begin to allow the breath to breathe space and relaxation through the front of the body,
Letting the breath move all the way down to the breath is long and gentle and natural.
Start to tune your awareness inside of yourself.

Imagine that you're entering the most sacred temple,
Entering yourself with a sense of deep reverence,
Breathing deep and opening the heart and the solar plexus.
As you start to inhabit your inner world a little more,
Start to breathe in the energy of peace and relaxation to your body,
Relaxing the body,
Allowing your awareness to explore your body,
The tip of your toes to the crown of your head,
Any place that you find discomfort or tension,
Sticking your awareness there and guiding the breath there and letting go,
Breathing in the peace to those holding patterns within the body.
On every exhale,
Imagine that you're releasing any tension inside of yourself,
Deepening into greater serenity,
Relaxation.
Start to take your awareness now to the center of your chest,
To the energetic heart and immediately begin to imagine that in the center of your chest there's a great radiant ball of light,
Just like there's a star buried in your chest.
So blinding is this vision that you're creating with your imagination,
That the light of your heart is almost blinding to look at,
So bright,
So radiant.
Begin to see rays of light spreading out from your beautiful heart center,
Beginning to spread out throughout your body,
Guiding this light to other parts within you,
Lighting you up,
Body part at a time,
Seeing your chest and your belly filling with radiance,
Luminosity,
Your arms,
Your legs,
And your lower body,
Your head and your face,
The light of your heart filling you with this radiant power of love.
Begin to see the rays of your heart beginning to spread out beyond the back of your skin,
Reaching out to fill the space of the room in which you are,
Filling this room,
This space with this light.
Feel the great power of the heart,
Infinite in its ability to send radiance outward into the world around you.
Begin to see this light moving beyond the space of this room you're in,
Starting to reach out into the greater environment around you.
Begin to send the rays of this light to the people most dear to you in your life,
Your family,
Your friends,
Your loved ones,
Sending a ray to each of these individuals,
Connecting them to your heart.
Feel the abundance of your love,
Joyfully and effortlessly spreading out this light,
This love,
Taking things further,
Stretching the power of your imagination.
Begin to imagine the light of your heart now,
Filling the space beyond you into the neighborhood around you,
Into the city,
Into the town,
Into the land around you,
Filling it with this great light,
Extending,
Empowering your love to take greater shape.
Let's not stop there.
Let's now imagine the light of our heart stretching out all the way to the sky,
All the way to the earth,
All the way to the sky,
To the earth below,
Beginning to extend its power to even greater shape.
Feel the light of your heart touching the light of other people,
Other humans,
Other animals,
Other plants,
And with each touch,
Each resonance of one heart to another,
Feel the light grow,
Amplified,
Enthused by connection.
Begin to challenge your imagination to imagine the light of your heart spreading out over the whole,
Filling the world,
The image of the earth in your awareness and see it all lit up by this radiance of love.
Feel the connection with all the peoples,
All the life forms on this planet,
Connecting to their innermost essence in their hearts.
