So go ahead find a comfortable place to sit drop your shoulders When you're ready you can close your eyes and if you're indoors you don't have to worry about birds I'm gonna do a laugh track on that one You might crap on yourself enough you don't need a bird I was so stubborn Hmm that life literally had a bird take a crap on me So when we really don't listen to life,
That's when the push gets harder That's when the waves get bigger The less we listen the bigger they get towards us and the more in alignment they are sometimes the smaller they get So life has to give us bigger wake-up calls if the more asleep we are And in meditation right now as you close your eyes Maybe counter intuitively as you close your eyes you're waking up Now normally when we close our eyes we go to sleep so tell your body no I'm here to wake up And as you close your physical eyes and take a deep breath you're opening your inner eye And this is the eye that you can have insight with and start to see what you're here to manifest Or what's in the way What's been keeping you in a loop or a pattern or stuck Allow your body to relax all is well you're here You can put a light smile on your face Or a big one you could have a massive smile in meditation if you want Your dog's gonna be like what are you doing Let's start this Monday by releasing a little intensity a little seriousness I'm gonna start with a joke in meditation that I love Why did the mushroom go to the tree?

Because there wasn't mushroom Here we go I want you to just shake off any serious people in your life Any of that intensity that tends to arise at the beginning of meditation I'm here to get something done I'm going to be a productive meditator Meditating is not like running a company or a to-do list that you're checking off It's more like when you get in the ocean and you leave the world behind you And you're just in the water and you could feel the miracle Feel the miracle That's what meditation is So let yourself be in the ocean of awareness here Your awareness may even extend beyond your body You may experience and feel the room you're in You may experience and feel the planet you're sitting on top of that you were born from The atmosphere of this planet All the people all the beings all the animals and plant life on it All the animals and plant life on it You're part of this beautiful network of life And you're part of this beautiful network of life Allow a layer of anxiety or of stress to fade away to just melt off of you Make sure you're breathing nice and deeply And draw your awareness behind your eyes into the center of your head I want you to just see yourself sitting in the center of your head meditating Just be right in the center of your head meditating Just be right in the center of your head meditating We're going to do a very simple tool here but it may have many deep layers So I want you to just to create a gauge in front of you in your mind's eye From zero to 100 And allow it to show you how much permission you give yourself to manifest Whatever it is you're here to create Maybe it's in your relationship space or your career space Your creative space your spiritual space your family space Take a look from zero to 100 Just choose one area of your life for right now and allow that area to arise naturally And from zero to 100 how much do you give yourself permission to receive and be able to manifest In this area of your life So 100 B's In this area of your life so 100 being you give yourself full permission and zero being you give yourself none Yeah,

And if you want to share in the comment box some of you shared There's no right or wrong there's no good or bad Some of you are saying 30 20 100 60 70 40 Now in my experience if you're truly at 100 Then whatever you're creating is coming into form.
It's happening.
It's arriving And if you're not at 100 Right now in meditation,
Maybe you can start to look at what that energy is That's keeping you from raising this gauge up and having more permission More permission to receive So is it other people's judgment or fear or expectations or limitations And if you're at 100 then start taking a look at what it is that you're creating But if you're not at 100 go ahead and start by taking a look at what the energy is in this gauge Let it show you Maybe an image pops out Or you just get kind of a sense an awareness Of one layer of energy that keeps you from having permission to receive Could be self-worth or confusion pain somebody else's energy So we're kind of taking inventory let's say we're taking energetic inventory here So somebody wrote pain fear lack of time Yeah Lack of willingness to take risks Someone said because I failed before Self-limitations energy vampires pain Are there too many interests?
So what I'd like you to do is Choose one energy for a moment Right,
That's arising for you.
If you're not at 100 percent if you are allow yourself to sit with your vision But if you're not Choose this one one energy that's arising that feels like some kind of block or limitation And I want you to notice how much resistance you have to this energy Like if it's fear notice you might go.
I don't like fear.
It makes me anxious Notice the resistance that you have to this energy And I'm going to complicate this just a little bit for those of you who aren't at 100 percent How much resistance are you in to this energy from zero to 100?
So if it's fear how much resistance do you have to the fear?
So I'm going to go with 80 percent We're getting a lot of 80s 20,
Okay 90 to shame 85 90 70 85.
All right.
We got a nice Resistance soup that's being served up this monday Here's some resistance soup I'd like you to notice that it's not the actual fear or the confusion Or whatever the energy is in the gauge.
That's the quote unquote problem It's the resistance to it Can you for a moment see if you can get some insight Into this energy and notice that it is the path.
So you conquering your fear Or distraction or shame is the path to your manifestation to whatever you're working on creating It's the resistance to that energy that's maybe keeping you stuck But the energy itself has a lot of value just like for me when I talked about the bird Pooping on me in the bark It it was the resistance to the invalidation that was holding me back But once I was aware of the invalidation and started to work on it and heal it It actually integrated into who I was and became part of me and was important As I worked through it and heal that I learned something about myself So can you allow the resistance to this energy to Start to melt off notice that it's a gift in in kind of a strange way And see what the actual energy is trying to show you And you don't have to figure out the resistance you just kind of notice it And maybe you stop feeding it resistance feeds on resistance.
So you may be in resistance to the resistance And that's where it gets its oxygen So as we meditate and sit still We give that resistance some space Just like if there was a cloud in the atmosphere All right,
Instead of fighting it going man.
I want it to be sunny get the heck out of here cloud You try to punch through it.
Nothing happens You just notice wow,
There's a lot of atmosphere There's a lot of energy in there And you're just trying to get through it And you're just trying to get through it You just notice wow,
There's a lot of atmosphere.
There's a lot of space And slowly it passes So any clouds of resistance just notice how much space there really is inside you And let it pass And take a look at that energy What is it here to help you grow into?
Manifesting is not so much about getting what we want as much as it is about who we need to become To receive it Who do you need to become?
Energetically to start to receive To start to create What about your energy needs to shift What direction do you need to grow into?
Where has your boat been leaking?
Take a moment notice what that is Is that energy it may have a color to it or just a scent you may get a sense As you do maybe the gauge rises As you release whatever energy is that's been holding you back that energy can start to melt off the gauge And it can start to rise So,
Let's see if we can let go of any fighting here internal fighting And then to be a bit more specific When we're looking at what it is we want to create Let's look at it energetically Are you here to be a healer or a lover?
Are you here to create art or build a business?
Heal humanity be a mentor or a teacher or a guide Is your manifesting about finding security and stability in your own life or helping others find it?
I like you to take a look at kind of the broader theme And then we'll go into the next one I like you to take a look at kind of the broader theme energetically speaking Of what you're here to create We get very caught on the specific specifics of uh,
I want a car or a new house Right So,
Let's see if we can broaden your perspective energetically Maybe a house would bring stability Or a car would bring the ability of movement and travel Or a partner would bring love right?
So what is the energy here?
So don't get stuck on the on the image of the thing see if you can really start to connect to the energy Somebody wrote feel love somebody said security and safety Somebody said partner and love Somebody said finding my inner warrior good So,
Let's look at the next one Somebody said partner and love somebody said finding my inner warrior good Now we're now we're moving and grooving in here somebody said to be a teacher and to serve Someone said to sense and to live These Energies the ones you're all sharing and describing these are the way I see it is like flowers opening See,
This is how all of these flowers on earth bloom Each consciousness starts to open Self-love and acceptance Love and beauty to heal and to build just to go deeper good Notice how your whole body your system Any anxiety can all start to calm down once you're aware of what you're really here for A lot of our anxiety arises when we lose sight of who we are and why we're here So if you're living somebody else's life,
You're going to be full of anxiety When you start to tap into why you're truly here and you're able to accept the challenges that come with it And notice there the opportunities they bring even hardships fear pain anger confusion In some weird way they can be a little bit more difficult to understand But you can still feel good because you know,
They're here to help you grow I want you in this meditation to see if you can truly start to take a look at the energy around your life purpose And just own it You don't have to be afraid of your own purpose Other people might be afraid of your purpose.
They might go well here.

I got to back away from that or invalidate them People may do that to you and that's another layer and level of your challenge Somebody said courage someone said vulnerability Somebody asked what's my purpose well Here's the energy you're looking at it.
You may find it through doing this work For the moment your purpose might be working through confusion And finding clarity What i'm trying to teach you here in meditation is how to find your own answers I want to empower you with the tools to find your own answers and to work on your own energy You don't need me or any other teacher to give you your answers You don't need me or any other teacher to give you your answers Someone wrote to be a teacher to be a guide good Just one last look at that gauge zero to a hundred how much do you give yourself permission to receive and to have what you're here to manifest Let that gauge start to rise.
Let any negative heavy energy melt off of it when it feels ready to do so And if you're like david it doesn't feel ready to do so i'm not worthy i'm not good enough That's the energy coming off the gauge.
It's just talking It's already happening If you're aware of the energy it's already coming off And you start to see underneath it behind it what you're really here to birth into the world Someone wrote here someone wrote they're here to share love and light And to be a teacher and to heal good Whoever told you life was easy wasn't being honest But whoever told you life wasn't fair I think also wasn't being honest fair is different for each of us So life gives us challenges that may look unfair But at the deepest level they're always here to wake us up And if we resist them it hurts more And if we could work through the energy we can start to really manifest a life worth living Someone wrote to serve to help my children To connect To love myself But take a nice big deep breath in Easy sigh out Before we close I want you to just take a look at what your life would look like If you were living it to 100 of your ability to receive If you were living it to 100 of really owning your life's path and purpose What would your life look like how would it be different How would your relationships be different or your financial space How would your relationships be different or your financial space You notice how your life would be different You notice how your life would be different You notice how your life would be different Someone wrote I start a lot of things and don't finish them Well,

We are letting go of resistance to the next stage of our lives And we're raising our ability to really have what we're here to create Let the miracle of that kind of settle into your body You did amazing work Whatever you've been looking at for right now.
You can let it go but you can hold on to this feeling and let it start to almost mature In your body We're all here kind of maturing spiritual maturing as we go along so we go through childhood and Adolescence we go through puberty,

We have our college years,
Whatever our 20s However old you are you go through all of these stages,

The very natural psychological stages But then we have to go through some kind of spiritual maturity and growth and evolution And that doesn't come as naturally who you may have to more consciously work at it So here we are Let go of whatever you've been looking at nice deep breath And when you're ready,
You can slowly stretch open your eyes Somebody wrote what if you lose the manifestation of your greatest dreams?
Well I don't know.
You might have to sit and want and and look at that Maybe it was your greatest dreams.
Maybe it's something else.
