Inspired by the ancient reverence for the Earth as sacred, this morning blessing invites you to connect with the living land, set heartfelt intentions, and walk into the day with calm, clarity, and quiet joy. Let this simple ritual draw you into deeper harmony with nature and your inner rhythm. The sacred Gaelic chant used in this recording is with the permission of Céile Dé, an esoteric Celtic path of spiritual awakening. This three-minute chant played before and after the spoken words is called 'Agus..Mar a Tha..Moladh Do Dhia, which is simply a deep Gaelic way of saying, " May it be so"! The final phrase in the prayer 'sin a bhfuil', which echoes the words of the chant, is an ancient Irish phrase which translates to 'that's what it is'. This simple phrase is a beautiful way of offering both surrender and thanks as we allow ourselves we deepen our understanding that we are both part of, and held by the cosmos. Everything is sacred, and we are part of the vast whole.

Morning prayer,

Blessing of the Earth Begin by taking a few slow breaths,

Softening into the stillness of morning.

In the quiet hush of this new day,

I turn my heart to the earth beneath me.

Ancient,

Enduring,

Alive with mystery.

Blessed be the ground that cradles my every step.

Blessed be the soil,

The stone,

The root,

The river.

O Mother of Earth,

Woven of stardust and rain,

I honour your body beneath mine.

From your hills and valleys,

Your forests and seas,

Flows the breath of all life.

Let me walk today with tender feet and hands willing to bless what I touch.

For the green places that hold the memory of creation.

For the winds that carry ancient songs.

For the small miracles underfoot.

Moss,

Clover,

Fern.

I give thanks.

May my spirit root deep like the oak.

May my soul flow freely like the river.

May my mind open like the blossom at dawn.

Let my words be seeds of kindness.

Let my thoughts be rich soil for peace.

Today I walk in kinship with all beings.

Sacred Earth,

Cradle of my body and home of my soul,

Guide me to live this day with a reverent heart,

A grounded mind and a spirit blooming in your wild grace.
