You were meant to live a life of transformation.

You are here to experience life in order to evolve,

To be quiet,

To play small.

You were born wild and magical,

Capable of mystical alchemy.

You are fierce,

A shooting star waiting to be unleashed.

To share yourself with the world.

So let's untap any potential waiting to be shared.

And we'll start by sitting quietly and listening to the whispers of your heart.

When we sit quietly and we listen to the heart,

We learn what's inside of you that needs to be expressed.

And we begin.

Place your hands onto your heart space.

Let your hands rest heavy as if giving your heart a hug.

And listen.

Listen to the messages from your heart.

Sense what your soul wants you to feel.

And I know the mind will jump in loudly,

Shouting.

The inner dialogue that the ego shares with you can be distracting,

But we come back to the heart and we ask,

Show me how good it can be.

And then we must be open,

Open to hear,

Open to sense.

When the heart shares what has been longing to be expressed,

And you are listening,

And you trust,

And you follow through,

You can set yourself free.

You move from resistance into flow.

You dance with the sacredness of the dark and the luminance of the day,

Of the light.

And so we sit and we listen to the heart.

When you unleash your tethered soul,

You also set free all those that came before you.

There is a healing of your ancestral lineage,

Ancestors who,

Because of times or circumstance,

Whose dreams and purpose went unfulfilled,

Are set free and rejoice in you.
