To begin,
Relax your shoulders,
And as you do,
You inspire the rest of the body to soften,
Like a wave of relaxation blowing through your body.
Relax until your entire body is in a deep state of relaxation.
It is here that we find a coherence,
A coherence between our mind and our heart,
A closer connection to our true self.
It is here we call forward our soul self.
For many years,
We have been taught,
We have been told,
It has been modeled to us,
A way of life,
One that is restrictive.
The glasses,
The mirrors placed upon us,
They limited us so that we only saw a certain path,
When in reality,
There were thousands and thousands of possibilities.
And maybe you can think of places in your life where you might have felt held back,
Places that you wanted to push against,
But didn't.
Maybe ideas about wealth and success.
Maybe the way you were taught or told you should learn.
Maybe there were ideas that you didn't agree with,
But everybody else was doing them,
Like how we separate each other by age or by gender,
By culture.
We're even told what we should eat.
We are told that we are free,
That we have free choice,
And we think that we are free.
But this is only an illusion,
Years of conditioning.
But it's time to set yourself free,
To be unleashed,
To connect with your soul and feel wild.
And with your breath,
Breathe deeply.
Breathe into your heart,
And we'll keep breathing into this space until your heart softens and you break free.
Breathe,
My dears,
Breathe.
And I know that your mind has ideas,
Ideas that it wants to share,
And they're loud.
But we come back to the heart and we breathe.
Breathe into your heart,
Breathe deeply.
And now let's drop our awareness onto our hips,
Our pelvis,
Our belly,
This space where we are creative,
Where there is a fire that lives within us.
And let's build this fire by breathing into this space and draw that breath in deeply.
Draw it all the way down to the belly,
To the pelvis,
To the hips.
And we'll continue to breathe until we set this space free.
Breathe deeply.
Keep your awareness on the belly.
Feel the heat growing.
Notice any resistance and continue to breathe.
Now bring your awareness to your third eye,
That space between the eyebrows,
The place where your inner wisdom grows.
And breathe into this space.
And as we do,
We develop that inner wisdom,
That inner knowing.
And we come back to our truth.
Bring your breath to the third eye,
Breathing in fully,
Pushing through any resistance.
And visualize this breath as you pull it into the third eye and imagine it swirling in that head space.
Pushing out any of these old ideas,
The ones that have been restrictive,
The ones holding you back.
Allow that breath to swirl in and release out.
Imagine your entire body breathing,
Every cell taking in a deep breath.
Each breath pushing out stagnation,
Old thoughts,
Past ideas,
Opening you up to possibility.
Let your entire body breathe.
It's time for you to live your wild life,
To unleash yourself from past messages,
The restrictions put upon you.
It's time for you to live your truth.
