Hello beautiful mom-to-be.

I'm so glad you're here,

Taking a few minutes just for yourself and your baby.

Find a comfortable position,

Sitting with support or lying down with pillows to support your belly.

Close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in and let it out.

Feeling your body soften and your mind settle.

This time is your space for calm,

Strength and positivity.

Your baby can feel the love and calm you're sending with each breath.

Place your hands gently on your belly or simply rest them on your lap.

Notice the rise and fall of your breath.

Take a deep inhale and exhale fully,

Releasing any tension.

With each inhale,

Imagine drawing in calm,

Strength and clarity.

With each exhale,

Imagine letting go of worry,

Stress or doubt.

Feel your body supported,

Your mind calm and your baby safe.

You are exactly where you need to be.

Now let's gently repeat affirmations together.

You can say them silently in your mind or simply feel their meaning.

I trust my body and my baby.

I am strong,

Capable and calm.

I am connected to my baby and we are safe.

I embrace this journey with love and patience.

I am enough just as I am.

With each affirmation,

Feel it settle in your body like a gentle hug wrapping you and your baby in warmth and reassurance.

Take a slow breath in and exhale,

Letting each affirmation resonate and grow within you.

If your mind wanders,

Gently return to the words or simply to your breath.

Slowly bring your awareness back to your body.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes gently and take a final deep nourishing breath in and exhale fully.
