Meditation for higher purpose.
Find a place to relax,
Slow your breath,
And be still.
Notice your thoughts,
Passing by like clouds.
Allow them to pass without chasing them,
But realize your thoughts are like stones being thrown into a pond,
Muddying the water so you cannot see clear.
Only when we stop throwing stones does the water become still,
And we can see clearly our purpose and our truth.
Slow down your thoughts to see your higher purpose.
Who are you?
Take a moment to make any adjustments so you don't need to move.
Observe.
Observe your breath without forcing.
Feel your head.
Feel the top of your head.
Relax the top of your head.
Relax the top of your head.
Observe any sensations that you feel in your face and head.
Can you expand that sensation by relaxing even deeper around it,
As if you're melting out?
Feel your arms,
Your shoulders,
Your hands across the top of your shoulders.
Relax even deeper,
Allowing yourself to expand even more.
Feel your upper back,
Your chest,
Your lower back,
Your belly.
Expand by noticing energy and giving it permission to be there.
Notice your hips and legs,
Your knees,
Your lower leg.
Scan for any sensation you feel of energy or tingling,
And on the next exhale,
Allow that to expand even more.
Feel the surface of your skin.
Feel the energy dancing on the surface of your skin,
Relaxing even deeper,
Allowing it to expand out past the surface of your skin.
For a moment,
Just observing any sensations you feel in your body,
Watching your thoughts like you watch a movie,
Letting them pass like clouds.
Noticing your breath like a wave in the ocean.
Inhale and exhale.
With each breath wave,
Feel the body melting out like an ice cube in the ocean.
With each breath,
The body melts into the energy until the ice cube melts completely into the ocean.
No longer separate,
But one,
Supported.
When you relax deeply in this energy,
You naturally release tension and stress.
Your path becomes clearer.
You stop throwing stones and thoughts,
And your purpose,
Your place,
The way you are meant to serve becomes clear.
And you notice that inner voice,
That inner longing,
The core of who you are really meant to be.
Listen to that part which knows your purpose.
Take time every day to come to this place where you can see clearly,
Where the mind is calm and the heart is open.
Navigate your life from this place.
